Amenities like complimentary breakfast ---The free fruit juices and fruits round the clock were nice to have ; then later they added hard boiled eggs as part of their complimentary continental breakfast. there was ice always available. Proximity to medical facilities and to restaurants is a real added plus. What would have improved the stay would be laundry facilities that were inside and available all hrs.
