We loved everything about our holiday home. It provided the privacy and comforts we sought. The staff are lovely and delivered homemade bread and a fresh produce surprise each morning. It was my daughters birthday during our stay and they baked a lovely cake in the morning for her all ready with candles. The house common areas have been well thought out and the pool was a big hit with kids- everything is very well maintained. The local beaches are amazing and amenities are close enough although a car is a must have. Highly recommend!

The Ponte Pedra - Melides Country House Adults Only is 7 km from the small and quiet village of Melides and 10 km from the centre of Santiago do Cacém. The friendly atmosphere was unique. Ana, George and absolutely the all staff makes you feel at home. It was a pity to stay only 2 nights. If you are heading into this direction do not miss this place!

Herdade do Sardanito da Frente is a rural tourism property located within a 140-hectare estate located in Southwest Alentejo, within the Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The bungalows are a wonderful retreat from some of the bigger hotels and living next an orange orchard was sublime. The staff bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and everything was perfect!

Located in the Vicentine Coast Natural Park, 1km from the village of Brejão, Monte da Boavista offers the unique tranquillity of the Alentejo region. Carvalhal and Amalia Beaches are 3 km away. Beautiful setting (amazing sunrise and sunset), great pool to cool off, bbq and comfortable very clean houses. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and even left us fresh bread in the mornings. Very nice to chill after hiking from Porto Covo.

Amor de Criança is a rural property, offering rustic and newly built units in the area of São Teotónio, south Odemira. It features a swimming pool surrounded by a pond and large green areas. Amor de Criança is a refuge of peace and happiness in the middle of nature. The hosts are very forthcoming and provided us with fresh fruits from the garden, as well as fresh eggs from their own chicken. Bonus points for the pool and the most chill dogs we've met 👍

Featuring panoramic views of the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo, Monte Da Galrixa offers rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include an outdoor saltwater pool. It's a nice place for one or two nights to stay and look around. The garden was very beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
