This hotel was great! First, I do not speak portuguese. The staff was very kind, considerate and patient. They took the time to communicate with me through google translate and were happy to help me. This made me feel very welcomed. I felt very safe on the property. In order to enter the building there was a face recognition machine that would scan your face. There is two face scan check points before going upstairs. There is also security in the front of the hotel. I loved this and felt very safe. There is wifi in all parts of the hotel. This includes the lobby, pool, cafe and your room. The wifi worked at all times. The room was very nice and it is cleaned daily. The AC worked at all times. I also had no problems with bringing guests to my room. Overall this hotel was amazing, I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Fortaleza. Other bonuses were it is very close to the beach and the cafe is open till 10:00pm. 10/10, amazing hotel! 🤩💙
