The beach is beautiful.
The beach is beautiful. It gets very crowded from the week before Christmas and apparently stays that way until after Carnival in March. You need a car to get around. Walking to the beach is strenuous and involves steep hills. Good restaurants at the beach.

Rosa beach is just amazing.
Rosa beach is just amazing. Everyone should have the chance to get to know this place! Also, recommend to go to Garopaba and Ferrugem beaches, that are not far away (~10Ks) with amazing places to eat and to enjoy! As well as the Praia da Luz just across the hill which is amazing too and the Ibiraquera river coming to the sea not far too. IF you have some time and want to explore a bit more, definitely recommend to go to Laguna and explore either the city or Farol de Santa Marta, which is another magical place in Santa Catarina! Love all those places!

Upon arrival, we were granted an upgrade to the Dolomiti suite, with a stunning view from the lake and beach (Praia do Rosa) - check out the stunning sunrise view and all the colors of Rosa Beach sky, as seen from the room's balcony! The room was very comfortable, absolutely clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was also a highlight, filled with high quality, homemade treaties (some of them with local ingredients). The standard suite is very comfortable and spacious, and has a very lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The staffs are super sweet and kind, and I cannot fail to mention the Pipoca (popcorn) mascot: a friendly and cute little dog. It was just one night but I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the incredible sunset colors to the sun rising and seeing people riding horses in the morning.
