We only had breakfast at the hotel: the coffee was very good! They offered fresh fruit, though limited varieties of everything else. I'm not a big breakfast person, so it was just fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large so I did not feel cramped like other hotels. Breakfast was good and waiters were always there to help when something was wanted or needed. It is an older hotel and reminded me of some of the older ones in New York City.

The staff was amazing, we arrived very early in the morning after a night flight. They arranged that we could enter the room at 10 am. We didn't have to wait till 2pm. The day off leaving we could stay longer in the room because our flight was in the evening.

I was travelling from India and It was a pleasant stay and location is in center of the city, everything was nearby by cab and even walking distance. I didnt upload pictures as I'm rating from laptop. Photos are in mobile. But the pictures shown online in google and booking.com are real.

This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the reception are always there and helpful, the bar and restaurant are exceptional. I did not really want to go anywhere else. Its old school New York feel and the staff will tailor service to your request. Exceptional.

The hotel is very centrally located few steps from a metro station, but as in a side road not to noisy. The rooms are bigger as usual and well equipped even in an old fashion style. Only the mattres would be better a new one. The staff is very accomodating and there is always somebody available for attention. Internet works well.

A localização central 'próximo a tudo' shopping , metrô, igrejas , apesar de muitos moradores de rua e a fama ruim do centro, me senti segura de sair e entrar no hotel. O hotel é antigo, mas muito bem conservado, a manutenção é constante. Tudo funcionou muito bem, elevadores, ar condicionado, luzes, torneira e chuveiro. O café da manhã é um capricho a parte, simples, mas as mesas montadas com louças boas, pães frescos, salada de frutas gostosa, o café e o leite o garçom serve nos bules lindos na mesa, um charme. Frigobar com bebidas e petiscos, copos disponíveis, quarto espaçoso. Enfim, são detalhes que em outros hotéis do mesmo padrão e no centro, não encontrei, por isso destaquei e recomendo.

A localização é do lado da Estação da República (metrô). O hotel é fácil de localizar (o que facilita para quem não conhece a cidade). Hotel bem silencioso, apesar de se localizar em uma região mais agitada do centro. O pessoal do hotel foi bem tranquilo, inclusive quando pedi para estender mais um dia. Os quartos parecem bastante com as fotos, e apesar de eu gostar de um chuveiro mais forte, o cômodo quarto era bem espaçoso. E tem luz boa tanto no espelho do banheiro como na escrivaninha. Voltaria.
