We are a hungarian family living in Brasil since 2012 in Porto das Dunas. I am 41 years old... I speak Hungarian, German, English and Portuguese. I was studying Economy / Tourism and Hotel Management so I decided to make my self useful in Brasil while my husband is working. Besides furnishing and decorating apartments, I started Property Management in GranSol Resort, TerraMaris and Costa Blanca which means that I rent these apartments for short term holiday rentals. Within a short time, I began managing more then 15 apartments in GranSol Resort where we live and some more in the surrounding Resorts. My goal is to give the best service for my guests. Since I live on the same premises as the rentals, I can provide immediate assistance for any services or translations that may be needed.
Come and spend your holiday in our comfortable and luxury apartments on ocean side. Paying less than you would pay in a Hotel in Fortaleza, here you have more security, familiarity, a home with excellent and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils. Our apartment offers accommodation for 2 to 13 guest (including children). Most of the apartments has 105 m2, 3 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms, american kitchen and specious living room. We have a cobertura duplex with 205m2, 5 bedrooms for bigger families. Our guest can enjoy swimming pool, football field and sandy volley court. Some apartments has private Internet Access, but you can use the Internet of the condominium at social areas like swimming pool. GranSol is situated at ocean side, 10 minutes walking from Beach Park the major aqua park in South-America. Let's enjoy all recreational opportunities in our neighborhood, as the famous Beach Park, the most beautiful beach of Ceara, with Buggy excursion in the dunes, Engenhoca Park and more.
