Located just 1640 feet from the blue waters and white sands of Punta Cana’s Caribbean coast, Casa del Mar en Iberostar features a fully equipped kitchen and a private pool and hot tub. This Four-Bedroom Villa comes with modern décor is located on a bright green golf course and comes with a cable TV and a comfortable living and dining area. It also features a wrap-around balcony. There are several gourmet restaurants located on the grounds, including La Couple, which serves dishes like smoked salmon and lobster salad. Punta Cana Village, where guests will find shopping, is just a 3-minute drive away. Del Este National Park offers hiking and nature tours and is 37 mi from Casa del Mar. Punta Cana International Airport is 12 mi away.

Villa Casa del Mar is located on the private area, on the territory of five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex, just 30 minutes drive from Punta Cana International Airport. Villa is surrounded by the colorful scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs, designed by P.B. Dye, and blossom tropical forests. Villa has its own swimming pool for fun. This is a spacious two-storey villa with four bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Size of Villa is 350 m², can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Neat, tidy, guarded area is nicely decorated with exotic plants. Guests have free access to private beach club. There is a lounge area with BBQ outside, park of golf carts for rent. 5 m³ of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay extra 1 dollar for each m³. Five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex provides day passes, night passes or passes for the dinner only. If you don’t want to cook, that is a good option. The price for day pass starts from forty two dollars.

White beaches and sky-blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean are stretching just in five minutes drive from the villa. Our guests can enjoy all the infrastructure of the huge complex adjacent to the residence such as 3 km of white beaches, more than 30 restaurants and bars, sport clubs and tennis courts, massage rooms, a variety of pools and playgrounds, entertainment shows, discos and casinos. All for our guests to spend a great time.
