This apartment boasts a fantastic location opposite the yacht basin and harbor, as well as panoramic vistas spanning over False Bay, sweeping across to Table Mountain with glorious ocean views and sunsets. Nestled below the Kogelberg mountain range and at the start of the famous Whale coast route, Gordons bay offers quick access to the famous Cape Winelands, City Centre and spectacular nature trails. Experience the breathtaking scenery from this wonderfully appointed apartment, which guarantees to charm even the most discerning guest. All amenities / restaurants in the Village are within easy walking distance. The Old Harbour and Famous Bikini Beach are across the road! Spacious and sunny, this wonderful fully equipped self-catering apartment has all the modern amenities that is needed for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ experience. The apartment boasts views from all the living areas, and the master bedroom. Our open plan layout flows into a sunny living room with wall to wall windows allowing gorgeous sunlight to flow in and 180 degree views of the yachts and ocean beyond. Solar Power and battery backup has been installed to mitigate load-shedding. The top kitchen, Wi-Fi, all lights as well as essential power points are fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply up to 6 hours of power without the support of the solar panels.
