Despite a late reservation (9pm) and check in (11pm) due to Villa Italia cancelling my reservation (booking.com overbooked) the staff at reception greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Everything went smoothly from parking to check in. The room was HUGE, way bigger than expected and very clean! A tv upstairs as well as downstairs. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Definitely one of the best stays on this site. I will definitely be back.
