The imperial beach club could use a little improvement with the menu and services .. it was very slow and they were very late with the orders to the point they almost forgot about what i ordered

They were above the expectations with the breakfast ( in room dining experience) it was elegantly served with care . And the spa facilities were out of this world .. spacious facilities and top notch clean . And the nobu restaurant staff and ambiance was well within the expectations of its reputation

AquaventurePark/TorrentBeach: The lifeguard man (May 9th-12th, 2024) is NOT allowed and should NOT move MY PRIVATE bag! and NOT 1/2 hour BEFORE! closing time he should NOT take my towel away from UNDER my private!! bag and he is definitely NOT allowed to slide my shoes (infront of my eyes!) by the side with his feet and even additionally WITH the tube! on top of my shoes and so scratching them! And he should NOT tell and yelling at me very rude and disrespectful, that I can NOT use the shower now (for 5 seconds!), cause he WANTS to put the tubes there right now! Btw it's not the place for tubes - it's the shower spot for customers! He didn't say please or sorry or thank you - nothing! I told him to need a towel please now and need only 5 seconds please at the shower, but even then he didn't give me a new towel and indeed he sended me away at 6.05 pm! Park was closed at 6.30 pm!!

We love everything about Atlantis. The staff are exceptional, always friendly and always on hand to assist with anything. The rooms are beautiful and well laid out. Kids loved the buffet at Kaleidoscope, and the waterpark as always made for a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic time. The rooms were really nice and so clean. Every staff member goes above and beyond which really makes the stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Having the waterpark access included is awesome, we ended up using it 3 days in a row.

The location is not central , you need a min ride 15min for anything . The room lighting is not very high. No much choices in breakfast for kids.

This hotel is highly recommended to anyone! Families couples, friends .. We enjoyed our stay very very much it was excellent . The staff is very helpfull. The aquaventure exceptional . Everything was clean. We will come back for sure .

There is no reason to leave the hotel. Shopping, restaurants, bars, huge swimming pool and the largest water park in the world attached to the hotel. Exceptional breakfast with everything you can ever wish for. We could have stayed longer.

We had truly amazing stay as hotel staff services exceeded our expectations by going extra mile to ensure our comfort and joy while staying at their property. Most notably Mr. Mustafa Saadallah (VIP Manager) cheerfully extended his assistance by allowing us early check in by accommodating with a comfy and spacious room to make our daughter with special needs comfortable as we dropped by at their resort. We also would like to extend our sincere appreciation of our host named Mr. Akhor, Mr. Jeff, Ms. Tripsu and Ms. Jhonanna at Saffron during breakfast and dinner (half board) who went extra mile to offer their hospitality at theirs' best with smile and welcoming gesture throughout their interaction with us at our designated table. The Saffron has lots of choices in breakfast and dinner as there is different live stations and meal options to serve you tastes from the world. There is different theme night daily where you able to find food of your choice. Location is very central and takes approx. half an hour drive from Dubai Airport. We truly amazed and honored to be recognized "special" after a surprise of room being beautifully decorated with roses upon our wedding anniversary day along with greetings, art work of Mr. Gobindo and Mr. Ismael and complimentary gifts by Mr. Mustafa and by resort is truly unforgettable moments for us. Thank you so much for hotel distinguished staff to make our stay truly a memorable one.

Overcrowded pools and dining. Very slow inroom and near-pool dining service. Hard to go out and high priced dining in hotel. Uncomfortable duvets - too hot and too thin options. Not true blackout curtains.

We usually go to Dubai for Christmas/New Years and stay at Atlantis. But this time we went during Ramadan week.. it was super crowded at the beach, at the pool, restaurants etc. The service was not at its best, due to too many people. The aquapark was absolutely crowded during that week! Being a guest of the hotel - you had no priority whatsoever. Would have prefered to pay extra but be able to skip lines..
