Perhaps the birds on the breakfast terrace outside were a little too intrusive? That's actually all I can think of.

In summary, it was a 5 star experience of a 5 star experience. My goodness, the staff was so kind and actually gave me the feeling of being special to them. I loved and was impressed about everything in this hotel, the cleanliness, the amenities, the attentiveness. The breakfast. The drinks. The hotel-owned swimming pools and beach. As unhinged as it may sound: I would easily cite this hotel as one the very best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Thank y'all!

I was using a debit card, and for some reason, they couldn't keep a deposit for future use for the hotel's services. Surprisingly, a member of the staff came to my room to LOCK 🔐 the minibar... that was something that never happened to me before in any other hotel. This was a bit insulting and unpleasant!

There is nothing to not be liked.

We are still here and I can honestly say that this is the best hotel we ever stayed. Here I understood what truely means to really take care of your clients. The staff is wonderful, the food is plenty and very tasteful, the beach and the pools are clean and very nice. We have cancelled the last 3 days in Emirates Mandarin Palace and remained here and we are much more than happy with our decision. Eveything here deserves +10!

There is only one Coffeemaschine for all the guests during breakfast and no table for preparing tea. If you order tea at the table you get only half a pot. In the room I missed a mirror and hocks near the room door. And a shaver kit should be available in the bathroom. One idear: in Japan there are choosable bathproducts in the entry hall. And for people who want visit the memorial or want to go for a walk there could be sun umbrella at the Exit door.

The five towers were designed by an Australian architectural firm in 2006 and completed in 2012. The hotel is located in one of them. The Hotel is realy great. The view from our room was phantastic and the beds are realy comfortable. The building materials used make the heart of every mineralogist beat faster. The lamp in the entry hall are beautiful. And all the staff are friendly and helpful, except for the gentleman at the tourbooking desk, who was a bit grumpy. And the food are excelent, If you book there, then do it with half board. It's more than worth the money. I love this location very much and I hope Hilton will hold the standard from former owner.

1. It doesn’t have a vanity table which allows me to sit down and have my make-up done, instead it has two big full body mirror standing against the wall next to the bed. 2. The sink table is a bit small, it’s not enough space to put my makeup bags there

1.We only stayed here one night, but the best thing about this hotel is its staffs, from concierge to front desk, lobby bar staff and observatory tower staffs, everyone is super friendly and with smiles, which makes you truly feel that they are there to help and welcome you. 2.The room view is unbelievably beautiful! 3. In house guests have free access to the Observatory tower at 300 meter high 4. The bed is super comfortable 5. Lobby bar salad is super tasty and healthy, it only costs AED 40.00 per salad, the portion is very big, the same amount of salad at Emirates Palace costs more than AED 80.00 6. Free unlimited bottled water supply

Not that many facilities and interesting stuff to do, pool and beach closes at sunset unfortunately without a lifeguard on duty we couldnt swim at night.

Amazing service, room was just perfect. Really nice view from 50th floor too. Very friendly people and loved the suits of the people working there. It truly was an experience.

For a high-class hotel as Conrad, I had higher expectations for the breakfast buffet: better organization (both days they mixed up the coffee orders with other tables), better quality of food in the buffet (it was partially cold or long on display, the eggs were great though) and the service was overwhelmed with the amount of people arriving, causing queues and untidy tables.

Lovely and big hotel in a good location, we had the family room and were blessed with a beautiful room and good facilities. We also could enjoy the observation bar in the other tower for free, which was a great sunset experience. Beach, pool and restaurants were good, service was attentive and everything was clean and well maintained. Big shoutout to the staff for making our stay a truly comfortable experience.
