Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MauritiusThe room for 4 pax were not sufficiently spacious. I ordered 1 double bed and 2 single beds and I got 2 double beds. The table was very small and there were only 2 sofa for 4 pax. There wasn't enough lightning. The room was dark and need more lamps. There were only 2 glasses and practically no plates, spoons and forks. I wish there will be more improvement in the coming future for more comfort of the clients.
All the staff are well trained and care a lot for their clients.

SeychellesSome guests were making too much noise along the floor/corridor, not minding other paying guests and not respecting hotel policies hence; guests must not disturb the stay or peace of others. Thus all guests have the same rights to Not be overly disturbed by others.
Location perfect! In the centre and close to key places. As usual, our friend JOHN and the other porters (forgotten their names but the one who wears glasses & the other friendly looking one who helped us to our room after check in) were tremendously helpful. JOHN was always there for us. He is amazing, friendly and hardworking. The lady at the reception was very welcoming, courteous and friendly as well. The Executive Guest Relation Manager JYOTII was very professional at her job. She constantly checked on us, our well being and needs. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. BASANTA, the room attendant was also very helpful, understanding and well mannered. A true gentleman. In general we were very well treated!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

United KingdomSome parts of the room were not clean and a few fruit flies but for the value-for-money scale this did not bother me too much, especially with all the good parts.
The location was great, Staff were amazing!!! We had bags that were missing and they helped us get in touch with the airport to arrange for them to be delivered to the hotel and looked after while we went to Abu Dhabi, on return they had our lost luggage there with no issues. We stayed at the hotel for around 4 days of our trip and there are loads of things in the area to discover with easy access to food shops. The reception and security staff all went above and beyond with our requests. Joyti also checked in with us to ensure we had a good stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

NorwayThe regulation of the aircondition was limited, the fan was either on or off, subtle regulation was impossible. It was not a dissaster, but it could be better. Once or twice I had to stand up in the midle of the night and turn the fan on or off. Gluten free bread for breakfast would be appriciated, but I noticed that the avalability og gluten free diet and knowledge about coeliac dissease in the UAE is not on the same level as it is in Europe.
This time It was already my 3rd visit to Dubai and I chose this hotel becasuse of its situation close to Dubai Creek and the hostorical center with its famous markets. The conditions for cancellation (if needend) before arrival were also generous. The situation is excellent, close to the metro station Al Ghubaiba and the bus terminal of the same name. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, it was really large, I cant remember I had had such a large hotel room before. Everything was clean, the room service did a good job. The staff was nice and helpfull, especially the main manager Jyoti, a young lady, obviously very busy making the stay as pleasant as possible for every guests. She asked me about my needs several times a day and she was really willing to help. The berakfast was good, gluten free bread was not available but it was compensated by wide choice of other food. Wi-fi conncetion was fast and stable. It took only about 30 minutes by bus to get to good beaches.
