Guests were asked to show their identity before visiting the rooms and had to have their licence or emirates id or passports scanned. This was very dicey and shady on the hotels part. Guests were also told that if they stayed for more than an hour they would be charged a one day rate. Very unprofessional on the hotels part. This was brought to the notice of the manager Dipen who informed his staff that guest would not be charged a days rate if they stayed for more than an hour in the room. Guest were also not allowed to use the hotels parking to park their vehicles. The pool also opened from 9am to 6pm only compared to other hotels which opened their pools till 8pm.

Very central to all amenities. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping location. Good gym. Friendly staff. Our room cleaner Saugat was very good. He cleant the room very well and restocked it with water everyday.

Good welcoming from all staff, clean room , good location, the only thing in regards of the breakfast as mostly all the food is for Indian people. But I made myself with what available for me, such as bread, eggs, fruits and juice.

The room was clean and wide. The breakfast was good. Wifi was good. Location was perfect - near to the airport and the cruise terminal. The staff was kind.

Seemah in the Front Office was very Courteous and Professional and our room was fantastic. Even the Guest Relations Manager (I think her name was Jyoti ) was very helpful in arranging a cab for us.

The staff support is exceptional! I made a special request which was catered to throughout our stay and the reception staff even checked in to confirm if all was ok. The staff are extremely polite and supportive. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

Maybe the location but it’s very convenient if you are going to the international airport

They upgraded our booking room for something amazing (they gave us bigger and higher quality room than what we have booked as it turned out that such a room was free. They were that nice to offer us better room :)). The breakfast was great - buffet with wide variety of the things and the staff was really nice and helpful too!!

Showering in a bath is outdated. More chairs to relax would be nice. You can see in the room that it is an old hotel, it needs renovation, wallpaper or paint, the lamp by the mirror, near the window in the bedroom was very damaged with holes

The breakfasts was good, with a variety of choices such as fresh fruit, juices Joghurt,bread, croissants, pancakes and much more.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this location multiple times, and I must say that my recent experience has been exceptionally pleasant. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I was particularly impressed with the great service provided by Miss Seeban from Pakistan and Geity from India. And Mirza sb also good man.

The room didn't match the one on the pictures, the explanation was that the room on the pictures is the same that was given to us, although it was clearly smaller. Anyway, the staff is helpful and our stay was good.

Price is very convenient considering that you have the facilities of a big hotel (including a nice rooftop pool) and the location is safe and near the old town. Don't expect anything fancy from the neighbourhood though.

Rooms need a refreshing.

Wery friendly staff, large rooms, swimming pool on a roof, and business area. Good location not so far from the metro station and shopping mall. A lot of electronic shops and a lot of small restaurants in the neighborhood with tasty traditional Indian and Asian dishes.

Breakfast had a low selection of meat products, but other than that nothing much to dislike.

Service staff was friendly. Swimming pool was on the small-ish size but it served it's purpose and was a good experience. Being at a 10-15 walk from Metro and Marine Transport Stations is suitable for those not comfortable using cars/taxis all day.

My room was next to the road and it was a bit noisy with vehicles horning, one more thing was I tried ordering room service and I was told it’s only available after 12pm.
