Most wonderful accommodation in great proximity to main points of interest. Upscale and stylish, yet comfortable and very private. The pool area catered all needs, including a shaded baby pool. The beach area was clean and shallow, perfect for kids or non swimmers. Stayed over my birthday and I was surprised with a birthday cake in the morning. Had Balmain toiletries and soft towels and sheets. Loved every minute!

Staff are tooooooooo kind and toooooooooo supportive. I traveled a lot, this is one of the best place I saw such wonderful and great team. They tried their level best to accept my requests. Rooms are very clean. Size and technology used are wonderful. Super clean and very calm. I highly recommending this hotel for those wants to experience a great stay with family and friends with high level quality.

An absolutely fantastic experience . I loved the lady at reception who served me. She upgraded my room to a king bed as I accidentally booked a twin bed room. And I got a a room With the most incredible view . I think her name Was Kaushika ? Or something like that. I hope she gets a comment . She did my check in. She was really so lovely. The location is great the staff are too kind, we faced an issue with the AC on day one which was too hot we were too tired and the engineer took lots of time to fix i complaint the case and thanks to Anshini she is not only changed the room but she upgraded to better ones, this good rating only for her good action. Just one thing that was not clear to me after the check out i received a call from the property stating someone in our room, i told we already left he said you did not ask to extend your stay i said no, i received another call but had to cancel as was driving toward the airport and using the gps.

If there was a club for afte hour events, happy hour for drinks, for 250aed pp the buffet was limited.

The room and view was great, the drinks prices are absurd. There was nowhere to watch the Heavy Weight Championship boxing. The bellboy was an absolute superstar, he's from India but looks Nepali, he deserves a raise.

Our room key stopped working twice during our stay but we got new keys from the reception without delays, and this was not an issue.

A memorable stay at this amazing hotel with futuristic interiors and jaw dropping views from the room. I am not exaggerating, the moment you step into the beautiful lobby of this hotel, you know that you are in a for a special experience. The check-in was super smooth, we got a room on the 34th floor with perhaps the best views in Abu Dhabi. Emirates Palace, Qasr el Watan, the Etihad towers right next to the hotel, and the blue sea, I spent 30 minutes admiring the views from the comfort of my bed. The Emirates palace hotel is just across the road, less than 10 minutes walk from this property! The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast on the terrace. We requested for a late checkout, and the hotel let us checkout at 1500 in the afternoon for no additional charges! The pool, the hotel's own little beach, the gym, everything was perfect and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
