Price of food and drink was quite high but quality was worth it.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very spacious with lovely views and well decorated. Bathroom was huge. Salmon was great and did a fantastic job. The bed was like sleeping on clouds

Breakfast is superb, next level really. Room was huge to be a standard size. Everything was extremely clean. Both beach and pool were really nice. SPA and gym are incredible.

The room service was not upto the mark. They were taking long time to address to our requirements.

We had a great comfortable stay at Zabeel Saray. The food was awesome, so was the room and the view! Had a nice time in the pool and beach as well.

The water sports is too expensive. Also, we were half board but drinks (and I mean even water) was not included for dinner which I found a bit silly.

The breakfast was INSANE. The staff remembered my bahy’s name and made it very personal. The room cleaner Samud goes absolutely above and beyond. Most of the staff do! The room was gorgeous, and the Turkish bath was absolutely stunning. Then you have the unlimited access to the spa…I honestly cannot forget about this holiday.

We've been left waiting for over six hours because the room was not ready even though we asked for early check-in weeks before our arrival. Our last day there, the weather was bad and at the breakfast restaurant we've been told the waiting time was approx. 1h.

Our room was nice and spacious. The beach and the water sports offer was great. The hotel has many reasturants and the once we tried (especially Japanese one) was quite good.

The rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning can be slightly improved . The high tea has been turned into a buffet, it would be much better if this stuck with 121 service where trays are brought out to customers. Fresh hot scones !!should be part of this English tradition and these type of service should never have been shelved.

The size of the resort, the willingness of staff to help, and the fact that the resort is family friendly. Afrah from reception was very helpful and allowed us to have an extended check out as we had issues with our room with airbnb for our extended stay. The hammam is a must! Must mention Musarat very smiley, helpful, and willing to please customers and the experience . My mum had a language barrier, and she ensured everything went smooth for her during her hamam treatment at the spa.

The food in the Zabeel Social was not great. The steak that I ordered was very overcooked and tasteless. The cost to buy a bottle of water in any of the restaurants and the cost of soft drinks on the beach were very expensive.

The staff! Every staff member we interacted with were amazing. A special mention to Earl from the lounge who made sure our every need was attended to. Babita, who greeted us made us feel like we were the only guests there. She even organised some special treats for a very special occasion. The spa area was so tranquil and relaxing and we found ourselves spending a good amount of time in there. The lounge access is definitely worth every cent. The Tori Tori restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. Everything was fantastic!

We loved everything.

Everything was top quality. From the food in the main buffet and in the restaurants, to the staff in the hotel and at the beach. The room service was excellent. The cleaners were top class. Great hotel.
