The view is nice with an amazing location The staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Ujwal, the manager in charge, and Miss Avi, the receptionist, supported us very much to keep our families on one floor as we had booked two reservations and provided us with help and knew exactly how to keep the customers much more satisfied. They grant us an additional two hours late checkout up to 02:00 p.m. We will definitely come back again due to such nice treatment. As,a frequent travellers, we also requested them to provide us with a membership, and they said they are working on it.

Need complete renovation. As per the hotel management, they just own the building and working on renovations plan on 2024 and onwards. I believe after renovation will be on one of the best hotels in JBR

Needs new furniture. Washing machines, couch... . And one of the security guys, jesus! He sent me and the delivery guy up and down 10 times because "its not allowed to do delivery anywhere else than B2/parking" But all together it totally worth the money. Really good hotel.

Top location. Like 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars downstairs, you won't need a taxi. Everything is right there. Nice building.

Having used this property a few years ago was disappointing that it is now starting to show its age and is overdue some work to upgrade. Cleaning wasn’t to a great standard and some clothing went missing which we assume was gathered up with the bedsheets and not noticed. This was reported. The base of the bath was splitting away and although reported and inspected they weren’t able to attend to during our stay. Construction works still ongoing opposite was noisy 7 days a week. Very busy outside at peak times, when trying to get taxi.

The location was close to restaurants and other attractions. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

1) every elevator trip we had one or more stops because of personnel (room service, technical, etc) embarking / disembarking all timeHad once 4 stops i one way because of that. Personnel should use a reserved elevator 2) house-cleaning a couple of times showing up only at around 6 pm……

Pool area in-between buildings sunlight covered by tall surrounding buildings. Main Picture inaccurate as the blue beach hotel is not on the beach but behind Rixos hotel.

We loved the very comfortable and spacious apartment and heated pools located close to all facilities of Dubai Marina and JBR beach. However the best of our stay that makes us to return in the future was the great hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness of all staff we met. Additionally very special thanks for Mr David at the reception and Mr Hassan. They made our stay extraordinary
