A Guy who sold boat tours at the pool area claimed to be Regis partner but he is not, definitely it’s not regis fault I just mentioned it so other guests be prepared and not bite with his sales pitch.

Nothing really. Whenever there was an issue the hotel staff dealt with it immediately. I'd say to the staff that they can be more confident in how good they are.

Staff were attentive and friendly, even to the point of being a little intrusive at times. But they were clearly interested in making sure we were doing well and enjoying our stay. The facilities were good, especially the set-up down by the beach. They've done a great job of making the hotel feel like a city hotel and a beach hotel at the same time.

The coordination with St. Regis at Saadiyat Island fell short of expectations. Despite assurances of transportation, it unfortunately didn't come to fruition, resulting in inconvenience. Moreover, we found the pricing of day tickets for the beach club to be higher than anticipated, especially given our guest status at St. Regis.

At St. Regis, we've enjoyed a breakfast of great variety and impeccable service. Throughout our stay, we experienced attentive hospitality and convenience at every turn. Indulging in fantastic facilities including a top-notch gym, great pool, and easy beach access has been a pleasure. Don't miss the chance to dine at the exquisite Catch restaurant for a truly memorable experience.

I travelled to Abu Dhabi with my girlfriend for a special occasion, my birthday, and the team at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi was exceptional, especially our butler Mahoni and her small kindnesses throughout our stay (welcome, birthday cake, invitation the champagne sabering ritual). We had the chance to get our room upgraded with a beautiful view on both the city and the beach. We had amazing dining experiences at the onsite restaurants, ones of the best in the city: Catch and Villa Toscana. The hotel has also great facilities: beach club, fitness room, spa.

The beach club was very busy and the service unorganized and chaos. I asked 3 times for the menu nobody gave me, I asked for the check, no one came. Normally the service there is not so bad

The receptionist from Turkey she was absolutely fabulous. Even they were fully booked she could help us in a very kind way. Everything like always perfect. I had tea at the lounge in the afternoon and I had asked for a baklava with the tea which they brought me. When I came to my room late in the night, I found a plate of baklava. That was so thoughtful and kind.

Amazing experience. Staff so careful and attentive. Room very comfortable, large and clean. Very tasty food. Very hearty breakfast. Pizzas in the Italian restaurant are delicious. Gym and steam room and sauna to end the day after relaxing on the private beach.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff were especially helpful. In particular, we had butler service and Ghanshyam went out of his way to make our stay feel extra special. Johanson greeted was on arrival and again he was super in also making us feel special during our stay. The location is good, across from the corniche. We didn’t use the beach but the pool and the beach area looked well looked after. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The weekend buffet seemed a touch better but overall the food was delicious. Good mix of local and international options. As this was our first time in Abu Dhabi, I can’t say if there are better locations to stay but we liked having the walking paths along the water at our disposal.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Plenty of healthy options over and above the typical. The setting and outside temperature were perfect too. (April) Loved the pool and beach club. Poolside snacks were excellent. At night we ate at Azuro (attended by the lovely Rishi) and The Catch. The food at both was stunning. My daughter has a nut allergy, but due to the explanations and diligence of the staff she was able to try many new and exciting dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The staff really could not have done more.

the swimming pool is a bit small but it’s ok because there is also a beach and Jacuzzi.

There is not really anything to fault with the Regis, but just to note that when the pool area is busy it’s difficult to get a sun-bed, so I’d recommend getting there early. Also .. the beach sun beds we’re looking very tired and faded as they’re constantly in the sun and there were bird droppings on some of them. I think a solution would be towelling stretch covers that are washable then this would make it look and feel cleaner. Staff would only need to hand out 1 towel per guest instead of 2 so no extra demand on the environment.

Having travelled the world and stayed in many beautiful hotels .. I can honestly say the St Regis surpasses everything! Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect. We were referred to by our first name after each initial introduction to a staff member. At the beach bar Christopher, Milan and Joseph made us feel like part of the family. The hotel is traditional by design with stunning ornate decor. It offers 3 restaurants and we ate in each - the food and service were of the highest standard. We would highly recommend the Regis and will definitely return.

I knew that the hotel wasn’t right on the beach - you have to use an underground path to get there, so for us that wasn’t a problem staying there just few nights and having more grown up children, so I just want to underline this for others. If you are Ok with a little walk, you will enjoy the hotel as much as we did.

The service was great! Everyone was really nice and going out of their way to please us. I quite liked the breakfast and the beach club was also very good. For our short stay the value was exceptional.

Nothing not to like.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Vincent and Christopher on the beach. All the team were fantastic. The bar staff were friendly, the Butlers were great and so were Concierge.
