The breakfast could do with more changes especially since it gets mundane after a few days.

Great location in the heart of Yas Island - The hotel offers everything that one would need while visiting Yas. Great Staff especially Ms. Sondous and Ms. Gelli at the front desk. Though the hotel is undergoing some cosmetic changes, the check-in was smooth. The rooms are good and one side of the hotel has a great view of the F1 Track.

The plumbing is questionable, water is sooooo hot it needs some minutes on readjusting. Plumbing is questionable again! Lighting in the bathroom turns on/off on it's own time

The room was nice but the socket to plug in my hair dryer or use the in house hair dryer was not near a mirror, this was unhelpful. We tried to get the airport pickup but no one replied to the 2 emails sent by seperate colleagues. I did feel the price was very high however at 1300 sr for one room.

Staff were very attentive and helpful and the chef made excellent eggs for breakfast.

The renovations are a bit noisy, but not too bad.

The pool facility is very nice and safe for small children. The breakfast is exceptional good. The hotel is busy with a renovation project where the rooms will all be renovated. It is still good value for money.

Slightly dated rooms but they are renovating the hotel so would definitely return once this is done.

- Room feels old and dusty. Expensive for what you get - Pillows are uncomfortable. - There's construction work happening within the hotel so it was difficult to sleep past 9am

There was a renovation going on so we had to ask to stop the drilling so the kid could sleep during his day nap. There is no access to the beach directly you have to cross the road and use crown plaza beach ( yes it takes less then 3 minutes but still). You have to walk from the taxi /car drop to the main entrance which is very inconvenient when you have kids and the stroller

The breakfast was good,the room is spacious, the Y bar is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids room is great as well

Exact same food on the buffet every morning and every night. No variety at all. Bathroom was a bit rundown.

The pool area was great, and the kids club was a big help. Excellent location for the theme parks. Staff were very nice.

The service wasn’t too good … Joseph at the reception was good By the end of the stay I couldn’t figure out of water was chargeable or non chargeable … was free but will get only one or two bottles of water !!!

Beach in Yas Island is artificial and average at best Hotel room lacked few things, like a chair - there was a desk, but no chair which was weird Pool was closed during out stay

The balcony was very dusty but I can’t expect much given it is a desert after all… otherwise

It is super close to the airport and has a lovely view of parts of the Yas marina circuit and Ferrari world. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

The entrance of the property is hidden took me a few rounds to find it especially as it was raining heavily. Some bright signage would be nice.

Location to the Event Center and it was big rooms and clean.

Just the little things like for example the bathroom had scalding hot water in all it's pipes 24/7 so yous had to actually figure out the perfect angle to set it at /or just wait for the water to cool down AND yes I do know how to operate the knob and neither extreme was cool. :)

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to accomodate and make you feel at home. The location was fantastic. Rooms were pretty good and extremely clean.
