We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaI had a working dinner at the Excalibur and the meat we ordered was overcooked. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and the restaurant is located at the Holiday Inn, just 2-3 blocks from where we stayed.
The guestroom was great, super clean, spacious, and completed with needed amenities like ironing board and hair dryer. The bed and pillow was comfortable. The staffs were very helpful and friendly especually during the check-in and at the Excalibur restaurant. The breakfast was ok to my liking. I like that in the lobby the hotel provided infused water, hot water and tea some bread for the guests to take. I think that's a good gesture. The location I think is safe and you can easily find supermarket, mini market, coffeeshops and some restaurants nearby.

United KingdomI honestly couldn't say there was anything I didn't like. And believe me, I always find something. Not this time, the whole experience was faultless.
How clean it was, everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and super helpful. And the location was great, plenty of places to eat and a short taxi ride into the shopping centre, had it not been so hot, we could have walked. I would definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, smells great! friendly staff, eager to help you all the time. Breakfast is great too. Also having the chance to have a parking is a double plus.
