Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRuns 55, 56, 57 closed so couldn't ski to base where free lockers are located. Not anyone's fault though. LOL
Great breakfast, location works well with ski bus, everyone very friendly and the studios were spacious.

United Arab EmiratesHotel was great, very modern and clean, and the apartments had great kitchen facilities. The breakfast bakery delivery is also a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. We had a nice view of the snowy mountains from our balcony. The staff on reception were also super helpful and friendly.

LithuaniaIt is not that I did not like something. Just, ski bus stop is indeed a few minutes away from the hotel, which is great. However, it took us two days to understand which of the busses are ski buses, and which are just regular local buses. It might be obvious when we come next time. :-) In any case, the bus drivers were great, they would tell that the bus is not a "ski-bus" but would take the skier in :-)
The studio was quality well-equipped, everything was there. And it was spacy. It was a real wood, not plastic, if you know what I mean, and that was great. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

United KingdomOnly drawback was the location which was a little further than I expected out of the main St Anton resort. However there was ample parking near the ski lift and a free bus from near the apartment.
A little Gem. Staff were friendly and went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. Immaculate rooms and larger than I expected for accommodation in a ski resort. Breakfast was lovely served fresh with local ingredients and produce. Brilliant undercover parking. Boot room was exceptional. Facilities (washer dryer etc) just what you needed.

United StatesThe breakfast was nice but a bit underwhelming for the price. The location was beautiful, down in the valley in Pettneau. It was a few minutes walk up the hill to the main part of town where you could find a few restaurants and a small grocery store, as well as the bus to main St. Anton. There is also a public wellness center close by (15 minute walk) that has a pool, sauna, etc... And the apartment itself was great. The rooms, bathrooms, dining area, kitchen and living area are all excellent.

The chalet was outstanding, such excellent quality and they had literally thought of everything. The lady on receptionist was so helpful, booked us train tickets and helped us when our suitcase was damaged. I would definitely recommend this property!

SwitzerlandPlace to keep your bikes overnight doesn't seem to be safe enough (entrance door was kept open)
Apartament was really pretty with nice wooden furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was superb prepared, with plenty of choice even so we were only 2 quests in the entire place.
