Shower head way to low in ensuite, low water pressure that took ages to fill bath. Very slippery tiles in bathroom when wet which was all the time because water sprayed from shower. Concrete pathway to apartment needs pressure cleaning as it was slimy and slippery.

The room was a bit dated, the carpet needed changing and the bathroom had a very poor layout - massive bath in the middle and very small shower.

Everything was good but it would have helped to know about the steepness of the property before hand.

Nice place to stay with wonderful views but with most things this comes at a cost as the road to the property and within the is incredibly steep which was a bit of a surprise. However they do have a shuttle bus which helps.

Couldn't check in on time due to the room not being ready but we were given free drinks for the group to enjoy while we waited. Check out is 12pm so I understand it could be tight to have them cleaned by 2pm.

Loved the comfy bed and pillows. The pillows were like sleeping with your head on a cloud. The location was great with a nice view, we were in one of the lower apartments but the view was still nice. The resort was amazing, pool, bar, breakfast, drinks, everything we needed.

The shower was small and the shelf was in a very dangerous position, most of the space in the bathroom was taken by an extremely big bathtub we didn't use, as the water needed for it seemed insanely unsustainable.

The staff was just amazing helpful and friendly. The position was also great.

Little kids ruined our time around the pool. In a place like this kid shouldn’t be allowed to slash and make so much noise when other people pay a lot of money to be there. The property was a bit run down. In need of a refurb.

I cannot fault the hotel and facilities. For us the biggest let down was some of the staff members. There was one incident in particular when we checked in (Easter Monday). We arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and filled in all the check in details with the friendly Irish girl in reception. We acknowledged we were early so went and had lunch by the pool. At 1:45pm we checked if our room was ready, we were told no but no issues flagged. At 2:20pm, we checked again and we were told by the blonde English reception manager (who did not introduce herself so I don’t know her name) that our room wasn’t ready because the air conditioning was broken. I asked if we could get another room, was told no the resort was booked out (I checked on the site after and there were free rooms). I asked if we could get into the room while the guys were working on the air-con and was told no, the whole building air con was being fixed (this made no sense as each air con unit is an independent unit so sensed this was a lie). Were told we could have free lunch even though she knew we had just had lunch, offered some drinks. We had been up since 4am so we didn’t want any drinks at this point. When I asked if she had an idea of what time we should expect the issue to be resolved she said “it will be fixed when it’s fixed”. At 3:30pm, I went up to reception again and was told issue not resolved still and she could not tell me when it would be fixed. At this stage, we started to look elsewhere as it hadnt been indicated if we were even going to get in our room that day. Again I asked at 4pm, still no update on time. At 4:30pm we finally got a call from her to say our room was ready. We were offered a late checkout until 11am. I totally understand delays happen and i didn’t mind waiting for a little bit however the issue was her attitude. She made us feel like we had done something wrong and that we were the problem.

The view was stunning, bedrooms spacious and clean. We had a massive jacuzzi bath which was a highlight. Our balcony had a lovely view of the marina. Infinity pool was a little small (only about 8 sunbeds) but as we visited mid week this wasn’t a huge issue. Food at breakfast and room service was great, couldn’t fault it. The hotel is quite near town if you are happy to do a 10/15 minute walk but it is hilly so maybe not suitable for older people or very small children however apparently they do run a shuttle bus to town. The breakfast stuff were so friendly, especially the Australian lady with the glasses.
