We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI believe they could upgrade a few things in the rooms. Hard to plug in phone charger near bed at night. Maintenance on well worn wardrobes. Upgrade to a coffee machine, they aren’t that expensive and for the price of the rooms you would expect more than Nescafé sachets. An option of mini bar purchases. Better options on the menu,especially lighter meals. As mentioned expected more for price point. Friendly staff, stunning location.

AustraliaFor the price we paid it would have been nice to have slippers and bathrobes. A decent bathmat out on the balcony would have been good too as the tiles can be slippery and you ended up walking through the room with wet feet. Extra towels be lovely. Our shower had a fault where the water didn't drain into the floor drain quickly enough, and instead flowed out of the shower due to the low recess and flooded the bathroom. We had to get more towels.
The location was excellent being a short walking distance away from the rat race of the main street. The view from our corner Spa Suite was excellent and everything we had wanted. The Corner Spa Suite was spacious, with lots of natural lighting, a good sized kitchenette, ample storage space and a nice size bathroom. The spa situated out on the deck was lovely to take in the ample sea views. We had a continental breakfast included which was fine for us since we don't eat much. Getting a decent hot or cold beverage included was a bonus. Our lunch and dinner at the Coral Sea Pavillion was sensational. A little pricy however we didn't have to travel anywhere except walk down the stairs and everything from the meals and cocktails were delicious.
