Staff attitude and behaviour was bad. We informed the facility that we will arrive late. However, the staff at the counter (Mr. Cody, I asked for his name) was very rude to us as if we came to stay there for free.

The facility was clean. Room was comfortable and value for money.

No table or even a chair. Vanity near the bed had a light that didn't work, so we only had 1 light. No soap to use at the vanity the only soap was attached to the shower wall. No toilet brush. Nothing to have a cold drink in.

Our room was next to reception so we heard every conversation, ding of the microwave & opening/closing of front door kept us awake. Had to buy a foam mattress topper because we were there for 3 nights & the mattress quality was poor. It was also soiled with a large blood stain so looked like a previous guess had been murdered on the bed. :-(

Rooms are very dated. No towel supplied in room. Shower leaks out onto the floor. Fly screens were so dirty. I think the Room itself was unfinished in the cleaning process. It was ok for a bed I guess. Would I stay here again for the price..... Probably not. However the staff on at the time I stayed were professional and very accommodating.

The price is comparatively alright. Minimal facilities. Ability of staff to assist is also basic due to availability of facilities. Ok for one nights stay at a reasonable price.

Waited 10+ minutes to check in and eventually had to call the emergency mobile number to alert staff I was waiting. Pod like bathrooms are awkward.

I only needed a bed and bathroom so this budget accommodation was perfect. Convenient location and low price. Room was missing TV remote. Staff kindly replaced immediately.

Initially I was sent to a room that was not vacant. Luckily the person was not there. The fridge in the room was quite noisy. The room is small and the cleaning require attention.

The shower. Old cubicle style which I believe are impossible to keep clean and the water on the shower floor not great as a safety issue. Need extra bath mats to soak up water in between showers for when you just need to use the loo.

Mugs in my room were dirty and obviously had not been cleaned since the last guest stayed. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard with dirt and dust on the floors and in the cracks of the bunk bed.

Location was good! Beds were comfy and reception staff were very polite.

A power outlet beside the bed would be nice, any sort of cupboard would have helped, as would a chair to sit at the small bench above the bar fridge. I was placed next to the intersection, so a lot of traffic noise until very late at night, the exhaust fan didn't work in the shower / module and signage says to lock the module door to prevent steam setting off the smoke alarm.. so I cracked the only window facing the intersection (restricted by a hedge) to assist any steam escape.This was the smallest motel room I've ever stayed in, I was surprised by the size, even though it was a single.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was firm but comfy. On site parking was easy.

Refused housekeeping, loads of piles rubbish around property, rude and abusive staff so I had to leave earlier than hoped for.
