You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaRoom 12A was given and I tried to locate the remote which wasn’t available. I had to go to reception as there was no intercom available. Staff came and gave a remote which was not working for the TV. Then I have to go to the reception again. Staff member didn’t have an idea why the remote is not working. She said sorry and there is no other room available. Few minutes later staff came and I will be transferring to 15. I have thought about everything would be fine. When I the same problem with TV remote and even worse situation that there is no hot water in washing basin in bathroom/toilet. As I am frustrated and didn’t go to reception.

A “retro” style hotel, with friendly feel. It is very central to the CBD, with many eating facilities in walking distance. The staff were friendly. It was good to discover ( as we weren’t actually told by the staff!) that there was a lift from the kitchenette to the ground floor. As I have a recovering broken elbow, that was MOST useful!

AustraliaThere is limited designated parking is rarely available and street parking is one and two hour zones, this was very inconvenient at times. The rooms are are basic which is fine, but they need renovating, particularly the bathrooms. Providing a few additional basics like a second pillow and towel, shampoo and conditioner would be welcome. The communal kitchen is pretty unappealing but the only option for a jug or microwave, consider taking your own plates and cutlery.
The location is great, very central and close to the foreshore and lots of restaurants and coffee options. The room was airconditioned which was a pleasant surprise. The bar staff were happy to provide us with an ice bucket each evening as there is no fridge in the room.

Australia- the door to the room didn’t lock unless it was slammed shut (we weren’t told this on arrival so lucky we noticed before leaving / it was also really loud for the neighbours) - the bathrooms were mouldy, rusty and had paint peeling off the wall and there was very limited space to put any of your stuff while showering - felt like the hotel as a whole needed an update
