The air-conditioning did not seem to cool the room properly. I did not report as an issue as it didn't particularly bother me as I out most of the day. Perhaps something that can be fixed but I imagine it could be uncomfortable on a hot day as it.

The staff were exceptionally good. They were professional and friendly. Breakfast was varied and good. WiFi connection excellent. The room was exactly as shown in advert and the location was great

the minute we got there we were attended by Alfonso. He was excellent. I had made a reservation, and had to pay upon arrival, and having trouble with my credit card at the moment, being passed midnught Alfonso was very courteous and helpful. the staff was so friendly and kind. The view was lovely, and our room was clean and organized. We´ll be going back soon because our first experience there was marvellous

Curtains were not good. Light in the room, noisy street in front of property (from first floor you hear a lot).

I spent my birthday there and I was excited about the private pool. I found the outside area it pretty dark at night and really hot at the morning which make it impossible to have my breakfast there.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well located. Staff very helpful and attentive. Delicious breakfast that can be ordered in the apartment. Windows with beautiful views of the Ponta Negra neighborhood and the beach. I highly recommend it!

At least my room was missing a safety box and the drain in the shower had a hard time to drain the incoming water. But really no big issue.

Perfect location for restaurants and bars. 10-15min walk to the beach Nice rooms and friendly staff. Some speak English which is nice!

Nasty stains on sofa and sleeping pillow, broken window, television missing, dirty, really bad smell. I was supposed to stay two nights but had to book a new hotel after seeing the condition. The smell was just nasty and all the dirt and stains made me feel very uncomfortable. The property refused to switch my room and did not provide a refund. So far my worst hotel experience. Questionable how they can have 5 stars on Booking.

Unfortunately nothing to like about this property except the central location.

we had the most expensive suite with a roof terrace for 4 nights. On three nights we were woken up promptly at 8 a.m. by the inconsiderate construction work on the roof and deafening noise. the room was ok, but there were pointless pipes sticking out of the floor in the living room (dangerous for our child!). the mirrors were all dirty. the sofa is full of obvious stains and absolutely disgusting. no one wanted to sit on it. the condition of the furniture on the roof terrace is appalling! Unfortunately, you couldn't enjoy the view either because all the windows, without exception, were extremely dirty. All upholstery is disgustingly dirty and completely torn (see photos). There was even a piece of rotten meat lying on the completely dirty floor of the terrace. the small private pool on the terrace was filled with disgusting water. There was a film of dirt and dust floating on the water. Of course, we couldn't use the pool for health reasons. (Danger of dengue fever!!!) it's an absolute disgrace in this price range. we were extremely disappointed. If this hotel were in Europe, I would have filed a lawsuit. I would have liked to upload more photos to better show the extent.

the location of the hotel is very good. The staff at breakfast are also very helpful and friendly.

They are clearly new to the hospitality business, to which there are two clear examples: the mirrored glass doors to the balcony were installed backwards, so you couldn't see the outside from the inside but could see the inside from outside. second, we were there for three nights. On the first night, they had overbooked our class, which was on the medium range, so they promoted us to the penthouse but only for the first night. We then had to pack up our bags first thing in the morning to move back to what we had originally booked. When you arrive at night tired from a trip, the last thing you want to do is unpack and then have to pack back up the next morning. Guests should never have to move rooms unless they request because of an issue.

Brand new infrastructure, staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was pretty decent. Location is fairly central.
