The view, the layout, the ammeneties included with the house... there was a full unfinished basement which had a pool table and had a nice screened in balcony with a brand new BBQ AND also had two bikes in the garage for us to use if we had wished. Also has a washer and dryer that we could have used if wished. Full kitchen and eating area, two tvs (but again no internet so no streaming TV at the time we were there, may 2024) The house is on a huge hill and when we were there, the last house (so far cause the road extends past it) Stunning view of the valley and or the highway in the distance at sunrise with the fog across it all and at sunset.... so beautiful.

The lack of internet (the area is under new development) Also stuff like BBQ utensils would have been nice, BUT there was full cutlery and utensils in the kitchen otherwise and food. All one would have to bring is clothes, some entertainment, food and maybe some toiletries like TP. Other then that it had it all!!!

Exceptional hospitality! We received a call to our room after check in ensuring we were happy with our room and asking if there was anything else needed. A staff member offered to carry my parcels to my room after I'd been shopping at the market. We loved the complimentary wings, veggies and drinks upon arrival! The breakfast buffet offered some variety each day. The food was all very fresh, hot and cold options and very good. Very clean, comfortable room in a great location.

We went to a music show at the Imperial Bell, 5 min walk away. Old Quebec is 20 min walk. Grocery store, Metro, 3 blocks over. Underground parking across the street, cost me $36 for the 2 days. Convenient store just below. Restaurants and bar in every direction. Everything is close. Communication is different because there's no front desk but through emails and phone calls, they're on it and polite. Nothing deterred me from coming here again.

Minor circumstances like the tv didn't work the whole time but was attempted and thought of after I messaged. Brought new batteries to me but to no avail, didn't work. Wasn't a big deal to me. I minor bummer but no deterant.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Really comfortable bed. This is a basic motel but it really hits the mark for a comfortable stay. It was close to downtown and there are restaurants within walking distance. We always stay here when in Owen Sound .

We were initially missing a shower curtain which was quickly remedied. Staff need to make sure there is a mix of coffee supplies in the room (also very quickly remedied). Toilets too low a height for us old people. But these are very minor quibbles.
