It's the 2nd time I go to the hotel, and I still like it. The room is huge and very clean, there are several details that make the difference. The bed is super confortable, like a soft cloud. This is an elegant hotel for a good price. There is a big mall and walking area near the hotel, really nice. Just 30 minutes to the airport by car.

The staff is very nice and polite. Light breakfast buffet were provided. The room is very clean, come with water dispenser in all room unit. They accept international traveller. One disadvantages is there are no lift provided, but the highest floor is only 3rd floor.

Location was very convenient! Staff was very kind and helpful even though their English level is very very limited, except for Carol (she helped a lot by booking the entrance tickets in advance for me). Breakfast was ok.

Carmen is very good, she gave me free room upgrade to window room and late checkout. Have a great stay in paco here, very near to big mall and near to halal restaurants. Definitely will come again. Thank you

Very comfortable bed. Some staffs are very friendly. Give me free wash (x2) cos cannot use their washing machine using their local app. Their 2nd level has very nice library.

Toilets very dirty cos too many people and they did not clean it regularly. The floor at toilet always wet. Location is near metro but not super near any place of interest. Some staff at the reception are not so knowledge.

Professionalism needs updation. Language is a problem. They are co-operative but to a limited extend. No one bothers to do extra. Breakfast variety is good but the attitude of staff missing. Display needs proper details of dishes. Coffee is terrible, they do not provide any alternative, no cappuccino or lattes, very shocking.
