Jane is a very helpfull lady, very service oriented. The appartment is really nice and located about 25 minutes walk from the city center. Overall it's a nice place to stay for a couple of days to visit Reims.

Wll, it's small. I bounced my head a couple of times (perhaps i needed to look better sometimes ;) ) but the thing that was really not so good, was the toilet, it's very small... Perhaps we Dutch are just to big ;)

The location was great, super clean, good coffee and tea spot. Also Georges was extremely warm, kind and hospitable host 👍🏻 I lived in small room at 5 floor and I can see the Eiffel Tour from my window.

Some noise from another rooms and you should to know that there is no elevator there, but when I checked in, Georges helped me with my luggage.

Checkin 4pm very late. Our bunk room was out the back in the ‘boxes’ , very warm not a lot of floor space for bags for four people.

The water temperature was not regular in our shower, there was a problem with the hydraulic system (cold water flowed irregularly). According to our personal experience (maybe others more lucky), the restaurant and bar services are not set at a 5 stars level: little assortment of food and drinks, slow service and personnel was not trained enough. Particularly during the evening, dinner and after dinner, lack of direction and qualified service.
