Loved the quiet and relatively secluded location. Property has great ocean views and is surrounded by wonderful flora and fauna. The property is modern in design, with the incorporation of Japanese elements such as a tatami room a nice touch. Interior furnishings epitomised simply yet rustic luxury. Appreciated thoughtful inclusions such as welcome bottle of wine, in-room cold water dispenser, bathroom amenities, room slippers and bathrobes. Wonderful to wake up in a room bathed in natural light and to relax on the large terrace on a comfortable lounge chair or enjoying the spa. Host was friendly, communicative and provided helpful information on local facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets.

It appears that there used to be a washing machine in the kitchen - would have been good if this had been retained. It is also a shame that there are no wire screen doors on the main room to enable the glass doors to be left open at night to go to sleep listening to the sounds of nature.

The Ryokan was very nice. The room and bathroom is little small but it was very nice and met all basic requirements. The ryokan itself was very pretty and charming and we enjoyed the breakfast we bought there a couple of times. Staff were amazing and helped us ship a bag back to Tokyo.

Peaceful place, very delicious food, welcoming service, spacious and clean room. We have booked a Japanese style room, the view was picturesque. The onsen is very good, there is also a resting room with coffee and tea. Everything was perfect.

Hotel's location is ideal and connected to major parts of Tokyo via metro. Baggage storage is very helpful if you have to run to meetings after check out. Good place to stay for 1-2 nights.

The walls are pretty thin and room is quite small. But, for the price, it has all the necessary amenities and is quite clean.
