How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

It was a strange smell on the hall of the 1st floor. All the rest was perfect!
Very good location, close to: europa-park, restaurants(pizza/pasta/ bars), shops(lidl and eureka, etc). Good WiFi, the reception stuff very helpful and kind!!! Nice breakfast!

Clean and spacious room. Easy walk to Europa Park and restaurants for dinner. Fantastic breakfast. Free parking at hotel and they give a free voucher for parking at Europa park.

Great location for Europa park. Make sure you exit by the Spanish area at the end of the day for a quick walk back to the hotel

It was more a 20 min walk to Europa park
Large rooms, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Patio doors that opened for a nice breeze. Breakfast we were astounded by the choice and quality. Highly recommended

There was nothing that I didn't like. They did a phenomenal job, and everything was flawless!

No negatives during our 2 night stay
Great location for Europa Park.Car Park on site and walking distance to the park.Hotel actually gave us a parking voucher for the park.Staff were great and the breakfast was very nice. Our room had bunk beds which our kids loved.Woukd highly recommend

Mainly two things: mattresses were not very comfortable and there was a lady at the breakfast that was staring and seemed like she was in a police officer role, not helping but only looking at everyone. Her presence was unpleasant
Location is great, walking distance from Lidl and Europa Park. You don't need a car if you stay at the hotel. Room space was also great, shower was also very good. Breakfast was above average.

The TV doesn’t have the original remote and you can’t connect an usb or hdmi cable because it’s restricted somehow.
The place is very nice, easy to check-in. Lot’s of parking spaces. The room is very big,very comfortable. The staff is very nice. The breakfast it’s good , nothing fancy.

Great location. We arrived early for our booking so the complimentary luggage storage was appreciated. They even offered a lift to Europa Park outside of the shuttle bus operating hours - but we were happy to do the 15minute walk there. Getting to and from the train station is confusing to a traveller and the staff were very helpful understanding the bus time tables and stops to get us there safely.

Easy to arrive even that we checked-in pretty late during night. We felt warmly welcomed by the guy at the desk the next morning. Very comfortable room, good size and really comfortable beds. The room was super clean and that is the most important on my opinion. Simple and very good breakfast. Honestly and I am very difficult and I see nothing to complain about even a little. Just keep going ! It's great ! I discovered a very good address that I will come back to for sure ! :-)

Great location for europa park and rulantica. Staff really friendly and helped with a travel query we had and gave a few options. Room was good and very spacious. Communication prior to arrival was very good. All round was fantastic hotel.

It was the ideal hotel for our trip to Europa Park. The free shuttle service to the main gate of Europa Park was amazing and greatly appreciated. I’m the evening exciting through Spain put us back to the hotel in 3 minutes walking. The room was very spacious and we could take the stroller in the room and there was still plenty of room. The bed was a little soft but I like hard beds. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was a great selection. Overall a fantastic stay and I’d recommend the place.

The towels were a little old but it was a minor inconvenience.
A fantastic little hotel. Stayed in room 202, absolutely spotless and a lovely spacious room. It is clear to see that the cleaning staff work really hard. The breakfast was delicious with a large range of options. Staff were very friendly and a lovely gentleman drove us via shuttle bus to the entrance to Europa Park every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel :)

Nice clean hotel, delicious breakfast, shuttle to Europa park in the morning. In the evening you can go out throught Spain and hotel exit and then you are at the hotel in just a few minutes.
