A little distance to the tram and uphill. Fine if you are fit! Unlike the uk no tea making facilities. Some rooms had fab views of the city but we were at the back.

Staff were lovely. Pool lovely. Occasional shuttle bus to tram. Lovely terrace for a coffeeVery relaxing.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly. There is multiple viewpoints nearby where you can see the entire city. I would also recommend having the hotel breakfast there is a large selection of items and good value for money.

For me, the bed was way too firm. I did not sleep well at all. The location is nowhere near the center, so you need to take the metro or a taxi. We used taxis. We had breakfast once. It was 18 EURO. I know hotel breakfasts are often expensive. I did not think it was worth 18 EURO, but the pastries, fruit, and juice were good.

The hotel staff was great. The pool was great, although a bit too cold for me (I'm from Florida). There is a nice garden. There is a restaurant on-site and a minibar in the room. They were able to give us 4 single beds, which was what we needed.

7€ per litre of water from the minibar is bad, but only 2 teabags and no powdered coffee is something you really don't see often these days. And it was no accident, because they did refill the 2 teabags.

The hotel is a little remote from the main areas of town and not walkable to most of the places we visited, but the Metro was walkable and we would recommend the Hola Barcelona card for the unlimited Metro.

The room was as expected and was able to accommodate our family of four. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an add-on, but had a good selection. The property had a nice looking pool, but we weren't at the hotel long enough to use it.

Staff should have mentioned that the kitchen closed at 10:30pm when I arrived at the hotem at 10pm.

Quiet hotel

The spa area and bathrooms in the rooms need a refreshing. It's a little bit dated and worn down. Nothing else besides that.

The staff is very polite, we felt welcomed at the hotel. The breakfast was very very good, with a wide selection and quality food. It's a bit of a walk to/from the closest metro, 15minutes but for us it was fine. The hotel was very quiet (good sound isolated) we slept very well and the beds were very comfortable.

The jacuzzi was working only the first day of our stay, and it malfunctioned from the second day until our second to last day which was very sad since it was really good on the first day.

The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

False advertisement of a swimming pool. There was no swimming pool at this Abba hotel.

As this question askes what I liked, I can't say liked but made do with the jacuzzi. Everything else was switched off.

It is a little far out of town so can be quite pricey on taxis but there is a metro stop 10 minute walk from hotel a bit up hill on the way back.

Comfortable. Great breakfast buffet and coffee bar also that serves good quality food throughout the day. Good facilities in the bedroom.

A minor comment, which is totally fine for me, but could be an issue to some people is that the isolation of the rooms is not super well, and you can hear some sounds from neighbouring rooms.

The hotel is very good in general, everything is as promised in the hotel description. It is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful. I want to also note the following case that happened to me. The batteries of the safe in my room were out of charge, and the maintenance came super quickly within ~5 minutes to replace them.
