Good location, good price, easy access, beautiful appartment

Shower cubicle and little small however did the job. Was hoping to drop heavy backpack before check in so we can explore comfortably. Code wouldn't open until 3pm and no staff, obviously self catering property which slipped my mind. Maybe I could have arranged it prior, im not sure. Also my sister slept in front facing room towards main road, couldn't sleep from noise in flat/room above, like a party happening. I slept in room back of property and slept like a baby

Very spacious, clean and beautifully presented. great location. Plenty of beds to chose from and 2 bathrooms which was ideal

First 2 nights were noisy, because of couple of neighbours in the same building were making a lot of noise till late hours at night. Walls are thin, so you can hear what other people is doing.

The apartment is very well located, 5 mins walking distance from Sans Railway Station and two blocks to.metro station. Lots of cafes, small markets open till late hours. Its not a touristic area, but its a normal family friendly neighborhood. We spent a lovely stay with oir family of seven, being our five children teenagers.

No toiletries, we didn't know if the heaters in the room were working, but it wasn't a problem because it wasn't that cold when we were there. The fans were small, might be a problem during hot summer period. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't cover the windows properly. I found it bit of a privacy issue as neighbours can look into the rooms if they wish. The safe was not working. There was no washing machine, I would not stay longer than 3 days here because of that.

I liked that it was clean and comfortable. No problems with the check-in and check-out. No problems with the locks. The whole apartment was very clean. We had towels for each person. The mattress and pillows were clean and comfortable. It wasn't cramped. We are a family of 8 and we had enough space to move around. The hot water was working, the showers were good. It wasn't noisy even though we were on the first level. The communication with the staff through WhatsApp was prompt and very helpful. The location of the apartment was not difficult to find. Easily accessible from airport by public transport. Short walk to Montjuic and to Barcelona Sants train station.

It wasn't possible to set AC/heating or we did not figured that out. Bit cold floor, no carpets - it is OK, but you have to take some home shoes. Beds were unstable, they were wobbling - solved by pieces of folded paper underneath the legs. keys in proprietary application - shared one account - not a big deal, but bit of a nuisance yes.

Property is well located, close to metro station, not far from where we needed and wanted to go. Plenty of space for three of us (apartment is for 8 people). Two toilets and showers are pleasant, especially in the mornings. Coffee machine, basic utensils are fine.

It's was near main street that can be laud at nights, I guest this is ok as it's near main street. As cealings and windows are quite old you can hear everything on the street or people from up stairs apartments, but it didn't bother us so much. I

Location is very near metro station. It's comfortable and apropriate for 8 persons. Host was very kind and responsed to our questions and requests in short time. We used the terrace at the roof all the time for morning coffe and tea, that i recomend to everyone!

Too much trouble with application for keys, which finally wasn't necessary. They answered only when we arrived in Barcelona, not before. We asked for clean towels, they said yes, never given.

we actually stayed in one of their other properties next to the Sagrada Familia as they were unable to accommodate our booking at plaza España site for our dates but the company had good communication and we were happy with our stay

The apartment was nothing like the photos, bare minimum furnishings, poor quality lighting, the showers heads and holders need desperately sorting, considering that you never see anyone a welcome pack and some information about apartment would be helpful and last the entry system into the building and apartment is atrocious also every time we entered are exited the main building door was open 🤔🤔😡

That booking of a flat through "Happy People Appartements" was a complete disaster. 1) They don't send you ANY information about the way you will be supposed to enter the flat when you get there. They don't tell you that they have NOBODY in the house to welcome or help you. 2) We were in front of a locked door, with a small key box next to it. 3) I called the reception, that gave me a code without specifying that there was a keyboard ON the door. I tried to use it for 15min to open the key box. 3° I was given a code that couldn't open the door. Since the code was for some reason rejected, the door was automatically blocked for 10 minutes several times before we could try something else. 3) Then other customers passing by in the staircase told us that we had to download an application. 4) I spent 45min on international call, getting the instructions to download the "TT Lock" app. 5) Even though the app ran well, and made the "success" sound effect that it had unlocked the door, the door wouldn't open. The vocal message coming from it was repeatedly "Operation failed". 5) In the end, the employee on the phone told me that she couldn't help me further, and said "One minute, please" and... hung over and disappeared !! >> IN SHORT : "Happy People Appartements" has NOBODY they can send you in case of a technical problem. They are UNABLE to activate any door from the distance (a technology my neighbour has on her phone !!) They DON'T CARE if you stand in the staircase for 1h30min with your parents (75) and their luggage. And eventually, they DON'T help you find another hotel so you don't stay outside during the night, even though THEIR technology failed. I repeat that they didn't send any info all these steps (that didn't work anyway) before our arrival. The worst of technological hosting.

We did not recieve bedding as requested for the person staying on the sofa which caused them to share a bed. The apartment was advertised as sleeping 7 people yet there was only preparations for 6 made

Our stay was really pleasant! The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well-equipped! Really nice location with many restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the rooftop. Moreover, the customer service was excellent, always there for us providing help with anything we needed! Thank you very much! We’ll come back for sure.

the apartment is located in an industrial area so it was very noisy from early in the morning . it wasnt clean at all ( terrible dust under the bed) . threre are 5 rooms but only 2 air conditioners that werent enough to chil the rooms. the bed were uncomfortable ( 2 out of 4 beds) there were two showerooms which were not comfortable at all ( no place to put clothes , towels, toothbrushes ...) and the worst of all we couldnt take a shower since there was a blockage both in the sink( which was repaired ) and in the shower. and another thing to be noted is that there is no place to leave your luggage after checkout . You have to walk around with hour luggage or keep somewhere for at least 25 euros. to sum up terrible experience

the apartment is located next to the metro and busses. The kichen was quite equipped
