Good comfy beds. Very large good bathrooms. Good storage space in rooms. Quiet but with good location near to metro stations.

The hotel is not as good as the photos, our room had not been maintained to the high standard shown in the photos. The room was advertised as having Aircon which was a deciding factor when booking, however the unit only had a fan setting which did not cool down the room and we did not sleep well at all in the heat.

This is a nice hotel with a pool which is quite rare in the city for this price. The location is good and the hotel bar gets busy with a good vibe.

location was not perfect for us, there were no family restaurants around where we could have breakfast. every time swimming pool closes when we come back, at 7 pm, didnt get chance to swim there

The rooms aren't sound proof, it was loud you could hear everything from the hall, neighbor rooms and rooms on the next floor. No large double bed

We had a superior room but it didn''t look like one. The closet doors slammed shut, the carpet was stained in some places. It was no tragedy but when you talk about 4 starS hotel, superior room, you have some expectation.

The price was extremely expensive for a basic hotel, the pool isn't really a pool, its about a foot deep

The restaurant food options were very limited. The property was a bit away from the city centre and we had to use the metro every time to commute to all the touristy places.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our window was facing a busy street but the noise proof windows were a blessing for a good night' sleep!

My security system wouldn't let me connect to the wifi because it was apparently a public hotspot and infected with a phishing virus. It took until day 3 of my visit to get this sorted. But it was sorted. Limited bar/restaurant hours.

We had to ask for another iron as the first was weak and wouldn't iron our clothes. When raining or cold outside the restaurant and bar area is very small. The main terrace is outside. We had two days of rain, which meant the restaurant was full quick. The gym was quite small, but had a great view. Some noise pollution from outside, even though we were on the 6th floor. I'm nit picking, was a good hotel.

Took us a while to understand how great the location for this hotel is. As soon as we realised, our appreciation of the hotel increased. The Barcelona Sants is very close, Also, we found Tarragona metro within 5 minutes walk, this station linked very well with all the main attractions. We stopped a few times at Sants Estacio for some better mercats and restaurants on our way back to the hotel. With these two met links we could get to Paral-el, Catalunya, or diagonal with ease which are the main stations with links all over the city. We purchased a 4 day met pass which worked for the busses as well, we didn't need anything else to get around the city. All transport covered for €30 each. incredible

Shower in the room was quite old. Gym facilities were limited, look better in the pictures.

Breakfast was good. Close to Sants train station to get to the airport, but is quite far from main tourist attractions. Good housekeeping.

We stayed twice, the first time we had a kettle and full choice of tea and coffee which was great. The second time we had a Nespresso which was less good if you wanted a tea.

Comfortable bed, clean room and good facilities close to Barcelona Sants station. Reception very accommodating, multiple languages spoken. Good lounge area.
