The pricing policy if there was something to be criticized (on a high level) at all. But hey, it’s Hyatt and was therefore expected. We understand that the facilities and the high number of well trained staff cost a lot. In total we paid around EUR 700 (2 guests) per night incl. food and drinks (regular consumption) and two spa treatments Examples: - The first room that we got (around EUR 400 per night had a balcony with view on parked cars, incl. breakfast, not included: spa entrance EUR 30 pP). We were offered an upgrade to junior suite for EUR 80 per night with splendid view, big outdoor terrace (sunbeds and table) and spa entrance included. That was totally worth it! - General rule of thumb seemed to be EUR 16 for a glass of wine, sparkling wine or cocktail that we got served (and a peak of EUR 19 for the glass of champagne).

Setting of the hotel, Room (Junior suite), Staff (friendly, clearly well-trained and attentive), Food (high quality level from breakfast to dinner), morning Pilates/Yoga classes, Spa (with warm pool/jacuzi, Sauna and Steamroom) Above all - the hotel is perfect to relax: quiet and not too many guests.

Chaos at breakfast - not enough staff to cope. Not one comfortable seat/armchair in the entire hotel. Bedroom designed by a male interior designer!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We loved every moment and detail of this staycation at La Zambra. It was pure relaxation! And big shoutout to all the staff we met, they were all so customer centric. We felt so welcomed. Definitely coming back!

Amazing views, spa, restaurants and staff. Estefania and Francisco make the best cocktails I’ve ever had by the pool bar. Cleaners also very hard working the room was perfectly clean every day.

Even though we stayed in a room for €500 per night, we had to pay for little things like ordering dinner to the room or snacks/drinks from the bar. It seemed a little strange to stay in such luxury and pay for such minor things. I would feel more appreciated if those were complimentary and/or included in the room price. The room was large, but seemed very empty. We had an amazing view from the balcony, but we were staring at the blank wall waking up every morning. I think it would be better to have a smaller but more cozier room with an open view. There weren't many amenities like a sewing kit or a shower cap, which surprised me considering the fact that it's a 5 star hotel. Although I appreciate the sustainable approach of overusing detergents, they were too diluted with water, which left me unable to wash my hair and had to book a hotel hairdresser for €80.

The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, they were very caring, open and happy to help with anything. The room was large with a walk-in wardrobe, bath and shower which gave us a lot of space and freedom to use the facilities. The balcony deserves special attention, it was always sunny, warm, cozy and astonishing beautiful. We enjoyed the variety of dishes for breakfast and the opportunity to order a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Everything we tried there tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend it for couples.

One time meal wasn't so good. Chicken & chips were not cooked enough.

Service was 5 star hotel. We felt very much looked after and cared for. Upon arrival we received a drink and warm towels, and staff at reception were very friendly. They actually take your stuff to the room and park your car not just claim to do that. They made us superb meal at midnight and delivered it to the room. Woman serving dinner was extremely helpful polite and was able to adjust to special requests such as making gluten free burgers at midnight. Wonderful place all over. Has amazing wellness center and anything you wish for to relax. Including tennis court for more energetic moments. We lived in spain and stayed in many hotels this one was probably the best one. We asked for firmer pillows and they brought us extra 6 ones of different firmness. Most amazing view.

Even tho the parking was free and controlled by the valet team. I'm a person who refuses that service. Parking the car there by yourself takes more effort since you have to find & ask the valet team to open the gate to enter your car into the parking lot. especially at night. Wish if the parking was split into 2 sections for such situations. Also, the Air conditioning controller was in spainsh, and I couldn't figure out switching on the heat operation for the semi cold nights.

The Views were Amazing. The toilet had a built-in bidet, which was better than the other ones I have experienced. The Breakest was good. I wish if they had an omelet station next to their crepe station. That would have made it a 5 star Breakest.

The photos in the bookings website are misleading I booked a family room but it makes me feel like I am living in a room for disabled people…. But speechless and my room doesn’t have some sunshine too. I would not pay extra money for this if I don’t know this earlier. The breakfast is okay but it can offer more variety, like salad, churros etc. the hot food is disappointing and I can see most of customers don’t eat it. Every else is perfectly it’s a really pretty hotel.

Having stayed at another Hyatt hotel in Majorca during the summer , where all facilities were included in the room cost, I was surprised that there was a charge of 30 euros to use the spa for two hours and 25 euros to play tennis for one hour with average rackets and balls. The gym was well equipped and free to use though.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the food generally . The property is very spacious and having been recently refurbished is in great order. The yoga and pilates teachers were both of a very high standard so I would thoroughly recommend attending these classes. The staff were all helpful , professional and went about their work with a genuine enthusiasm.

They should have more vegetables at the breakfast buffet (ie Cucumbers, Salad, etc.) as well as some Spanish dessert options instead of French/International pâtisserie. They charge a 100€ deposit per night that's just excessive... That kind of hotel should include some spa activities in the room rates (use of indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, etc.)

Cleaning ladies do an excellent job at this hotel - everything was immaculate during our stay. Food quality is excellent. Big parking on site.
