Had no light in the bathroom for the first 24 hours as it didn’t work. After reporting it to reception it got fixed. Also the USB plug in the room didn’t work reported it but it was never fixed.

Good location, lovely decorated, clean and smelled great. Breakfast great variety.

When at pool bar on level E only some of the tables were shaded from the sun. A few more sun shades spread around would help. Our room 3083 was OK but would have preferred a walk on shower as both my wife and I are in our 70s

Uncomfortable sofa bed! Unclear that you can’t use the level bar and pool as we were travelling with children - children were old enough to stay in the room alone but we still couldn’t use it as a couple!

The shower leaked all over the floor, it looks like the glass panel at the side is too short and water sprays outside the cubicle area

Good spacious clean room, with all the facilities. Plenty of lifts in the lobby area so no waiting or using the stairs, loverly pool and sun deck area The reception area was very spacious and decorated well and the staff are very helpful.

The corridors were very noisy at night with a lot of people coming back at all hours and making a lot of noise (stayed here before and never had a problem so may just have been the time of year)

No slippers, for the price. Not one single english tv channel. All dubbed in spanish. This is useful after a long day walk and just chilling in the AC for a siesta.

The location was perfect, hotel was smart, lovely reception area, beds big and comfortable, spotless crisp quality linen. Powerful shower with large bottles of Rituals Toiletries. Balcony either overlooking the beach/sea with the morning sun or overlooking the harbour and afternoon/evening sun ☀️ depending on which side of the hotel you’re staying

Pool area is too small for the size of the hotel. Lost of the pool area is shaded and no where near enough Sun loungers. I’m not too sure what the hotel can actually do about this due to space, maybe put another pool on the roof?

To be really picky, our room was a little small, we paid for a deluxe see view room and from the photographs on the website I expected more of a view and maybe a bigger room as it felt quite cramped. This is our personal preference though and that is me picking for a fault as it was a beautiful hotel.

We loved the reception area, so pretty and the pool and gym facilities were great. Plus the location was spot on and the staff were incredible helpful!!
