We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly negative was the host. Nobody at reception on arrival, just a note on the desk in Spanish saying to call a phone number (lucky one of us could read it!). Host seemed quite inconvenienced when checking in. Breakfast in the morning was coffee and toast and marmalade / jam, wouldn't bother with breakfast next time. Apart from the host and the breakfast I would recommend.
Multi occupancy room for 3 of us travelling on Motorcycles was excellent. We had a large room with 5 single beds. Bathroom was good and clean. Nice picturesque quiet little town with some history to it, a few bars and restaurants to choose from.

SpainThe weather was very cold in February and the hotel has no centralized heating system. But in a few hours, the temperature was ok with the electric heater.
It has a great location and offers a very nice view. The hotel has a comfortable lift and pets are welcome, for a small supplementary charge. It is situated just 5 minutes from Silos, where you find several restaurants, interesting sights, and small shops with regional products such as wine, cheese, and sweets. Very recommendable to visit!

Overall, the hotel gives value for money. Ample room, clean, working bathroom and toilet, the beds are comfortable enough. It is located on the outskirts of the village, but at an easy walking distance from the central square. This is a small place. It is quiet, the road doesn't have that much traffic anyway.

United KingdomVery noisy hotel, you can hear every sound from other residents. Our toilet did not work despite the staff trying to fix it twice. Lots of shouting and arguing late one night down in the bar below after the bank holiday day which kept us awake. Would not recommend, there looked nicer hotels in the town centre.
The location was very beautiful as was the town, very easy to find. Hotel Rural bar and restaurant was very good for food.

Dreadful. I don't think anything has changed since 2000. I think the curtains and linen are original. Bathroom was so dated. Shower head was a mismatch to bracket. No control water. Needed running for 10 mins to heat up. Shower screen was rubbish. If you are here to visit Sad Hill Cemetery please stay at another hotel. Trust me.

United KingdomThis is a great location and parking is no problem. The village is very charming and there are some lovely cafés and restaurants. If you love walking then you are in the right spot. Go to the national park La Yelca and you can see some wonderful wildlife. Beautiful views and if you walk the route you come at a lovely restaurant who serves breakfast lunch and dinner. We just had a sandwich chicken it was absolutely delicious. Friendly people all around.

United KingdomWe booked dinner. A notice read that the restaurant opens for dinner at 9pm. On arrival at 8,55pm the restaurant was closed. Everything in darkness. No staff around only a note at reception in Spanish with a telephone number. No English spoken what so ever spoken, so for us no point in ringing. Curtain was in part off the track and one blanket dirty. Lack of staff.
Nice location. Nice room comfortable bed. Nice sheets. Fair price.
