Accessing key to apartment was not easy, and difficult to find.

Being very fussy : Maybe should have clearer instructions on where parking space was in car park. . Difficult to operate key box - very fiddly. The flat was really warm - there were fans which made it tolerable but it seemed the underfloor heating was on - and we couldn't /didn't know how to switch it off.

The apartment (and the building generally) was incredibly warm and we couldn't adjust the thermostat so not easy to sleep though fans were in each bedroom. Would have helped to have had some instructions re' the heating, the tv etc. Also, the shower wan't great as the connection for the shower head to the rod was broken so couldn't harness the shower head and limited hot water available

The first night, the apartment was stiflingly hot, but to be fair that week it was extremely warm and large fans were provided.

We have stayed in these apartments twice, and each time we have found them to be a great base for visiting Legoland, London, and the nearby Coral Reef Waterworld. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, so you may eat out or prepare meals in the apartment. It's really convenient to pop into Waitrose across the way for anything you need.

Location superb, very clean comfortable apartment, a little on the chilly side in the main area.

Could do with some more mugs and glasses plates. And a coffee table would be useful. Just a tip For families staying with kids some plastic plates and beaker cups would be great, and a little stool so kids can reach the sink in bathroom.

Cleanliness, location, concierge man was very helpful, easy to check in and out.

on arrival it smelt like someone had been smoking in it, so we opened the windows and gave it an airing and it was fine. there were also cigarette burn marks on the kitchen table. there is private parking which is great but note it’s in a separate building about 5 minutes walk away so maybe drop bags off at the building first then go and park.

good location, right next to the shopping centre. lots of amenities provided on arrival which was appreciated. 2 good sized beds in the bedrooms

The only negative i have to say is that it was very warm in the apartment and a fan would be a nice addition in the warmer weather.

The parking was one allocated space, however access to car park was not clear and not attached to the property and on arrival another vehicle parked in the flat allocated space, friends spent an hour trying to contact concierge and had to walk to property which is several mins away and nobody on reception. Messages left and also calls made to number on car park notices, eventually told not to worry about it and park anywhere cid that’s what everyone does. This was doubly annoying because we should have had two cars and I had to travel by public transport as we were not allowed two spaces! So we follow the “rules” but were majority inconvenienced and frustrated by the parking situation.

Not really any faults, there could have been a few more plates bowls etc, but that's really the only fault that I could find which is very minor.. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed at Berks Luxury serviced apartments in Bracknell as our base for 2 days at legoland. Located in a very modern building with a lovely foyer area and communal areas that are kept clean. We arrived late due to flight delays but were met by the building's concierge who was very helpful. The location of the apartment is first class with access to shopping and food and drink all around you in a short walking distance. You are provided with your own parking space which is a bonus if you have a car with you. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with comfy beds, and lots of appliances.

absolutely nothing to fault, didn’t interact with staff as didn’t need to but they seemed friendly and approachable if there were any issues. no problems at all.

amazing little place, literally everything you could wish for on your doorstep, simple and easy to follow instructions for the car park and to get into the building and collect the key etc. so comfy, clean and spacious. amazing!!

The fact that there wasn’t even one toilet roll in either of the two bathrooms on our arrival after a long journey! There was also no hairdryer or tea/coffee making machine as listed in the facilities, so the former left us with difficulties with two women in our group with long hair. We also felt things like instructions for some of the facilities and fire escape instructions would be beneficial to have in the apartments. We also never saw a member of staff on the front desk the entire time we were there.

The location is fantastic with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus and train connections all in very close walking distance.
