Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe bedroom decor really needs to be updated. Lots of old-fashioned, scuffed wooden furniture and bits of mould in bathroom tiles. The room appeared clean but we found a used tissue emerging from beneath the double bed, and a long hair on the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Only one pillow provided on single bed with four on the double bed. No extra pillows or duvets available in the wardrobe, although pillow was kindly provided by housekeeping on request. The TV service was awful. There is no TV guide on the TV, and the info button doesn't work. So there was no way to see what was coming on later in the day. When you turned the channel there was no way to see what the name of that TV show was if you didn't know it or what the show was about. Really frustrating. The pool is already very small so dividing it by a third to accommodate the spa members is a bit silly. Not sure what the best solution is but forcing hotel guests to swim with loads of kids in only 2/3 of a small pool is unreasonable. Jacuzzi was out of order. The entire pool and spa area desperately needs to be refurbished. The area is tired and old.
The communal areas have been nicely redecorated since my first visit nearly 9 years ago. Lots of seating and coffee tables for relaxation and socialising. Furniture is beautiful and very accommodating of all body shapes and group sizes. Restaurant waiter was lovely and the food very delicious. Really enjoyed dinner. Breakfast staff and breakfast buffet very good. Loads of free parking with disabled parking right in front of the entrance, which is excellent. Good WiFi

United KingdomThe room was dated and the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working. It was quite noisy with others in rooms above and around making noise. The jacuzzi wasn't working as it was having maintenance work done during our stay and when we first went down to use the pool we weren't able to go in as it was full so we had to go back in 20 minutes.
The size of the room was good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. Plenty of parking and close to lots of attractions. Room service was quick. Easy to find from the motorway.

United KingdomWe were near the lifts and it got noisy after midnight as other guests returned to their room. Someone decided to have a party in their room at 1.45am and woke us all up. The evening menu (Sunday) was pretty limited, so we went out for food.
Fantastic reception staff - the warmest friendliest welcome of any hotel. Great recommendations for local restaurants too. (The Giggly Squid 🤭 🦑😋). Rooms were great - interconnecting room between double and twin room.

United KingdomThe 3 nights we was there, our room was not cleaned - this was not so much a problem on the clean part, but it is annoying have to track down cleaners to ask for more toilet rolls, tea and coffee & milk etc. I would say the cocktails at the bar are well over priced for not very good cocktails... I think if a hotel is to charge £12 a cocktail, they should be made properly.
We stayed for 3 nights, as a family of 4 with two kids, both 6 years old. The family room was really good, very well set out with a separate room attached, with two single beds and a TV in for the kids. The room service was good. Great location for any families staying for Legoland, only 18 minutes drive away. This Hotel also took Deliveroo deliveries, as one night out of the 3 we stayed, it was our kids birthday and they wanted there favourite takeaway, so that is always a bonus, and the staff were great at receiving the order and calling us to come collect from reception. Very Friendly staff at the reception & the restaurants.

United KingdomThe water seems to be very hard and the English Breakfast tea bags in the room were a bit weird tasting and with a hard water scum in the mug. The tea served at the bar was perfectly ok, so maybe it was the pots of milk in the room? I hope it wasn't anything to do with how the mugs had been washed! Shame as we needed them first thing in the morning and we had to throw them away and wait for breakfast for a decent first drink of the day.
The hotel structure looks as though it has been lifted from an alpine reort - very dramatic. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The bar menu offered sandwiches that turned out to be a huge meal consisting of six sandwich quarters, french fries and coleslaw. Very good too. The room was small but with a big, comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom that had plenty of space to store washbags etc. The walk in showere was excellent with a 'rainforest' showerhead and a hand held one. Towels were thick and absorbent. Toiletries available if you needed them. The tv was typically large and with a good number of channels. The room overall was spotlessly clean. The bar space was large with an atrium style high ceiling. Outside were lots of tables and chairs on the south side, in the sun. The car park around two sides of the hotel was very big. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a good range of hot and cold offerings and good value at £15. The waiting staff were very attentive.

United Kingdom(Not the hotel's fault) Inconsiderate guests slamming doors after midnight.
The variety of food avaliable at breakfast was lovely. The rooms and bathroom was spacious; slept comfortably. Very quiet, didn't hear the street traffic. Loved the added feature of the fish tanks. Location was great for where we were travelling from as we stayed overnight.

United KingdomJust a really minor point, but at breakfast, the metal tea-pot provided spilt almost as much tea on the table as it distributed into the tea-cups.
Lovely hotel. Easy to find not far off the A329M - but don't go into Bracknell if approaching from the M4. Instead, take the Wokingham junction just before the end of the A329M. Everything was good. Generous twin-bed room, lovely big shower, on quiet corridor on ground floor. We also had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The chicken Murgh and steak were both excellent. Efficient and rapid check-in and check-out. Plenty of free parking in the hotel grounds (other hotels please take note). Didn't have time to explore the pool and other extensive facilities that are also available. Would stay there again.
