showerhead broke when i was having shower and my phone in room wasnt working but i walked down to reception and they were gonna change my room but i declibed as my dogs were settled in the room we were in and didnt want to upset them and move again but they took tray charge off when they brought my food to room so very friendly staff and helpful and sorted the problem out as they sent the manager to come check the showerhead and also sent the housekeeping staff and they came and fixed showerhead and also brought me fresh towels and bath mat i was on my own with my 2 dogs and i couldnt use the pool facilities which was annoying as you couldnt leave the dogs in rooms if its dog friendly they shoukd be allowed to be left in rooms if they are wellbehaved dogs and dont bark

We stopped eating in the restaurant mainly due to the cost, the food was OK but the alcohol price was ridiculous, there is a fine line, when you just decide, 'I'm not paying that price anymore'. The staff were however, lovely.............

The room was comfortable and clean, the bed is is big which is great, I hate small double beds! We had no mini fridge in this room but we had a bath which I like.

The toilet was not clean. I had to pay for parking separately.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the room was modern and had a number of appropriate and varying charging points which proved very well with both android and apple charging points. The lighting was very good.

huge number of guests smoking in the entrance when you go to main entrance. They should be provided a separate smoking area away in the car park

Pool facilities not that clean, way too much chlorine it actually hurt my skin! Breakfast was very expensive and very average. Large rats scurrying outside the property around the back of the kitchen/bin/storage area...

Reception staff on arrival was super lovely and she took care of us so well. We needed our second room to be a twin but I'd booked a king. She sorted it out easily and made it easy. Bar staff in the evening were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Were given a lovely new room but had a very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom that didn’t turn off. The staff moved our room and this fan was much quieter. However a few points to note on the new rooms. There was a green light in the ceiling near the door, but it was so bright it was as though there was a light left on throughout the night. There is no dressing table with plug where you can dry your hair. There is no towel rail in the bathroom to hang used towels.

When we returned from a family get-together elsewhere in Coventry, the car park was completely full. We were a little cold overnight as we couldn’t get the air conditioning to respond and the duvet was quite thin.

Location for our family get-together in Coventry. Excellent staff. The new extension was quiet and very well appointed.

There was nothing we didn't really like.

The room was very clean and spacious. Although it was very quiet for us I can imagine it could be quite noisy during the working week as it is near the M6 motorway. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and efficient.
