The AC in our room didn’t work properly so was blowing out hot air

Bellhop supplied inadequate information about the parking fees etc, desk manager very helpful and took care of the charges, room was on the 8th floor corner room, little tired with bad carpet joints and curtains fraying on the edges.

Location for our flight out to Iceland, stayed two nights and had access to the club lounge which included hors d oeuvres and drinks. Great location overlooking the runway etc, open from 6pm till 10pm we arrived at 615 and everything was gone due to the animals staying that night, it was embarrassing to watch them lick the bowls we left and went downstairs for supper. Second night totally different smaller crowd who were well behaved. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Very comfortable bed and room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It's a great hotel to stay at the night before an early flight. We used the package that included parking during our holiday. It's incredibly convenient as both the hotel and the parking are right next to the terminal. This was a second time doing this and we will definitely do so again.

Bedroom lighting a bit dark, need to change the coffee from Nescafe to pods and probably the smallest, thinnest toilet paper in any hotel we've stayed at!

Great location, polite friendly staff, good quality restaurants, comfortable rooms, lovely bathroom, big fluffy bath towels and high standard of housekeeping. The hotel is eight stories high and they have used the entrance atrium including the restaurants/bars at the heart of this so that you have a huge height and feeling of spaciousness. A well run hotel that is a credit to mangement and staff.

It’s connected to North Terminal and as we had a really early flight it worked out perfectly.

Rooms are large, airy, comfortable and have all the facilities you would need from an airport hotel when you are tired and in need of sleep, comfort, a cuppa and a hot shower. On our way 'out' of Gatwick, we booked a runway view room which was a real novelty experience. On the way back we had booked a double standard and although the view was different it was no less comfortable. The restaurants on site were perfect. The proximity to North Terminal was brilliant and the easy tube from South Terminal made our return easy also. Check in was easy, staff were friendly, express check out made things easy too.

The beds were far too soft it was literally sinking to the floor and really hot during the night. The food and drink in the restaurants and bars were very expensive with a service charge of 12.5% automatically added to your already expensive bill.

The location of the hotel to the north terminal at Gatwick was fantastic! so easy you walk through a connecting tunnel straight into airport terminal, if you are flying from the south terminal it was really easy to get to on the monorail right outside the hotel and they come along every 3 minutes so perfect location. Rooms were very Clean and tidy, lovely shower and lovely little extras like toiletries, shoe shine, sewing kit etc. overall very happy

Proximity to the airport made the air quality feel quite stuffy and the prices for room service and food at the bar seemed almost extortionate

Location with direct access to the departures at Gatwick North Terminal is a huge plus point

Club sandwich was described on the menu of mix selection, all I got was chicken and very dry, hard bacon - did not enjoy it at all.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. That's all we needed for one night to catch an early flight the next day.
