Very clean room. The bed and pillows were super comfy, probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel/motel ever. Great location and a few nice restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. We didn’t need to contact staff but the receptionist made it clear that we could get in contact if we had any queries at all after hours. Great value for money

The stairs! I knew there was no lift but those stairs sometimes felt insurmountable. Especially lugging heavy suitcases up the narrow 3 flights as we arrived after the office had closed.

It was fantastic. The room we had on lvl 3 (the penthouse) was beautifully appointed. It felt very luxurious Staff were fabulous & could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable & comfortable.

If I had to moan about anything it would probably be the noise from my room. I was situated on the front of the property facing the street so naturally could heard noise from the restaurants next door.

We loved everything!! Such attention to detail in the rooms, just what a traveler needs—a super comfortable bed, a strong warm shower, a quiet environment, easy access to restaurants, shops, transportation—and then so much more with the fluffy robes and towels, complimentary coffee and tea, quality amenities! Receptionists were welcoming, warm, and friendly. Larissa went out of her way to accommodate us for an early drop off of our luggage.

Nothing for us to dislike.

Great location. Very quiet and although the standard double room was small the super king bed was very comfortable. Small but perfectly formed and decorated with quality touches. Smeg kettle and coffee maker. The en-suite shower was powerful and simple to use. Did not miss a TV and used iPad with good internet connection. The complimentary shower gel etc were exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Only con is that though it’s in the quieter part of London, it was still a little loud from drunkards at 1am, but not the fault of the hotel.

Very comfy with nice decor. Rain shower is nice but intense! That is a lot of water flowing at once. Very clean and easy to check in and out. In the quieter part, though very easy to walk to main attractions like the British Museum. Amazing restaurant across the street (Persian)

Spacious and comfortable room with a window overlooking a rather quiet yet lively street. Lively during the day with ample opportunity for breakfast, lunch or dinner, yet not noisy at all during the nights. The room is large, comes with a great shower and has been furnished with clear attention to details. Nice complementary coffees and teas too. Absolutely perfect. We'd love to come back, soon!

There was no stair hand rail, which made the steep narrow stairs difficult for me to navigate. Everything in the room is chargeable, even the "complimentary" water, which makes the room feel very uncomfy to touch anything.

The room was lively, and the bed was really comfy, and the shower is one of the best I've ever used.

As the reception was not open 24/7, it was just a bit complicated to meet up even if I've warned about my arrival time the day before, but once I managed to communicated with the staff they were very helpful.

Location, room, access, staff. The place is easily accessible, the location is very convenient and closed to everything, the room was super clean and cosy. I recommend Magda rooms for you stay in London.
