Luggage storage seemed a little unsafe, and carrying my 20kg bag up several flights of stairs was fine for me but might not suit everyone!

Loved the location. Can't get much better! Room met my expectations, and I had a lovely stay.

Bathroom very small (the sink was in the way of the toilet, we had to sit a little sideways on the toilet) and there was no microwave or fridge.

Very nice for the price and great location. The room was surprisingly large. There are great restaurants nearby and the hotel gives us a discount to one of them!

Room size was great. Decor a little plain. But very happy with our stay

Double glazed and privacy blinds so a peaceful night's sleep. Owner very welcoming. Pizza restaurant downstairs which was busy. Great location - less than 3 mins walk to Bond St tube and a few stops away from some great shopping. It took us 8 mins to walk to The Palladium to see our show and felt really safe. We will return

No air coinditioning. It was not necessary during my stay, but you will probably want one in warmer days, since ventilation is limited (windows do not open).

Superb location, and it was convenient to have a good pizzeria downstairs with discount for guests. They also allowed storage of luggage before and after check in/check out, that was a great help.

The noise of the upstairs people, just from walking across the floor was scary, thought the feeling would come down

Fire alarm went off one evening; when we went to check - receptionist said somebody had been smoking in their room. We did not smell any smoke.

Proximity to the Bond Street tube station was excellent! Easy walk with our suitcases. Lots of shopping & restaurants right outside hotel entrance. Our room had small AC unit which was more than advertised. Hotel is older with no upgrades, and does have narrow hallways/stairwells to carry bags up- I had read previous reviews so this did not come as a surprise. Hotel was suitable & clean for our stay in London!

The steep dark stairs could be a problem for many , the reception area was rather cluttered and dark but the staff were friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and comfortable , spacious and light , tea and coffee facility, for a short stay it was just fine. The location was perfect for my needs. No breakfast bar but lots of coffee shops very close .

Where was the teaspoons? A lot of stairs on the way up? Weird amount of beds if one person is using the room No breakfast Also whitener instead of pots of milk was a no for me.

The location was close to the bond Street tube station which was ideal and not far from the venue I was visiting. I appreciated the selection of posh teas, towels and facilties. I used the shower that was good. Also slept well. Was some but not a lot of outdoor air pollution

The only complaint was that the keys did not work and the staff thought we were checking out incorrectly on two of the four days we were there.

The location could not be beat! It was close to shopping and lots of attractions and extremely close to The Tube. Close to lots of different restaurants and pubs

One of the most uncomfortable beds I've seen. The room was quite small but it was fine for the location and price. Prepare to climb several steep stairs.

Great location on a quiet street but just 50 meters from Oxford street. The Italian restaurant next to the hotel was fantastic. Nice personal and flawless registration.

The climb to the 4 floor. Stairs are narrow and a vacuum cleaner placed halfway which was annoying if u have to take ur luggage up or down. The kitchenette was useless without any utensils. The counter top is way too out and hits the head if u are tall. No toiletries. The room had 3 beds and one bed was in the way of the dressing table.

The location was good. The hotel in itself was not that great for the fact that we had a choice to take the 4 or the 1 floor. The 4 being a bigger room we opted for it. The climb was horrible 4 floors up. And no elevator. The facility is pretty basic. Had a kitchenette in it, a water kettle and hair dryer only. Nothing else. Towels and toilets were clean.
