The tent was a lot smaller than expected, bit of a squash for 4. The extra blankets provided were very dirty. The planes overhead were also not ideal - very loud at times. I would mention in the info that walking to the pub is pretty precarious, especially with kids. I felt very unsafe walking so close to that busy road.

The showers were extremely hot. And the hobs need a renovation, but they work!

The location was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent. I liked how the kitchen was stocked up with useful equipment. Everyone was very friendly and the staff were great at helping everyone. Having extra blankets were really useful as the temperature did drop at night time. The lighting in the bell tents were great and this helped settle my children at bedtime. The use of a fridge was partially great as we were able to bring fresh food and milk.

While most were good, some of the facilities are showing their age, particularly in the kitchen area.

The 10 tents are a good size, comfortable and spaced well apart, close enough to be near the rest of the family yet separated from other groups.

Only 1 double beds- for others it's camping bed frame and mattress ; single ones . Would be great if there was a path leading to the tents. No riverside views..the vegetation was overgrown.

Love the bell tents and amenities kettle, kitchenware, logs, charcoal, etc) provided..also its just double bed which is very comfy...you get heater for chilly nights. All set up with fairy lights too. The location is good too- quiet away from busy roads but still just 20mins from city centre.

We are a family of 4 and we have asked for extra beds which we re only some long seats without mattress and the sleep was not good at all on this long chairs. We had to leave the second night because of the cold as the radiator inside is not doing the job as the tent is loosing heat so quick. The main bed is very comfy but it is only for two people and the tents should be sold as two persons only experience.

The location is superb and it s by the riverside. The best thing is to have everything you need to survive and it s all perfect. The tents are big enough but prepare well for colder nights with extra blankets. Lovely tent with barbecue area, kitchen and very nice and warm showers.

Amazing venue set within beautiful grounds. The tents and all the facilities were spotless. In the evening paths are lit up with little lights and fairy lights adorned the trees, it was absolutely beautiful. Emma and Alex obviously work very hard to ensure guests have everything they need. We really didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely return next year!

We’ve been a few times over the years and first time with our children. Still the best Glamping we’ve been, everything is high quality, tent is clean, cozy and worked perfectly for our family of 4. It’s so good to have everything we need there and not having to pack too many things.

The property was beautifully presented. Everything we needed was provided. It was clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and helpful. Having stayed in many campsites during my life this would be my favourite. Perfect place for couples and family’s looking for a relaxing and tranquil environment. Also suitably close to Oxford town centre if you want to venture out. Local Co op 15 mins away to get your supplies as well as a local butchers and a pub. Will be back very soon!

The location is out of the way but this is also a benefit, it means the campsite is quiet.

The site was beautifully kept, quiet and friendly, the bathrooms were clean dry and tidy.
