The shower was leaking and I can hear the water dripping.

The location is perfect for solo travelers as it is nearby the restaurants and train station.

Better sound proofing required within the hotel. There's always an element of sound that you're going to hear in any hotel, but some of the noise at night from other residents was quite loud, more so than what you'd expect.

Fabulous location on a lovely street just a minute from Earl's Court tube station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable.

My room was in a separate building to the main reception. If I needed something from reception I would need to leave the building walk outside down the road and then to reception. Although there is a phone to call reception in the room. The room had an unbearably loud bathroom fan when the bathroom light switched on so I couldn’t use the bathroom peacefully. The ceiling in the bathroom is very small; my head almost touches it. The hallway leading up to the room was messy, with packages of water lying around and a bag full of used towels on the floor outside the door from the time I checked in to the time I checked out it was there. Breakfast was disappointing; it included croissants, toast, ham slices, cereal, bananas, apples, and yogurt, which wasn't what I was expecting for the additional price of paying for breakfast. Additionally, the breakfast room is outdated and feels like a small school canteen.

Great location of London close to high-street, modern room and modern bathroom. Brilliant staff, very helpful and accommodating.

Great location with easy access to good Underground connections from Earl’s Court. Very friendly and helpful staff. Note that rooms are small as you can expect for London (or Paris …), - but are you going to spend a lof time in the room … ? ;)

Tiny rooms, tiny wardrobes. Window can be opeed just for a tiny small space. Poor breakfast: no vegetables. Noisy elevator.

Great location on underground Earls Court. Very friendly personel, which was also helpfull. Spatious lobby area with a free coffee, tea.

I didn’t like being in the annex. It rained every day I was there and I had to go out in it before breakfast. Then back out again to brush teeth etc before leaving for the day.
