Ridiculous to Charge guests so much for bag storage. It’s not a cheap hotel, this should be included. Also, early check in should be possible if rooms are available, we felt as though they tried to Charge for any reason.

I wish there was something in the room to either put my suitcase on, or a small table where I could put my clothes onto. I was there for a week, so it would've been nice to have a place to put my clothes instead of keep them in my suitcase. I brought a few hangers from home but didn't really have an adequate spot to hang them, apart from the wall hooks, which didn't really help.

Loved the scent program when you walked into the main foyer. They hit you with all of the senses, smell, mood lighting and calming music. I really liked the soundproof rooms and the concept of the cocoon.

It would be nice to have a kettle and cups available. This is the first hotel/ hostel (private room) I've been to where it's not readily available in the room.

Liked the size of the bed, the lighting. Noise control is also great. Slept comfortably.

Toilet paper not replaced, we have to ask for them.... I know they won't change the sheets but they can at least bring new toilet paper 15gbp to pay if you want them to keep your luggages

We moved rooms as our first room was noisy from a close by club, could hear the music and the room was shaking. Our transferred room was not the same type of room, it was not as clean and the sink tap was broken. Definitely a lack of privacy with the bathroom / toilet glass and doors which do not fully close. Water from the shower runs out into the room and there appeared to be a lack of full ventilation throughout. We expected the lack of window but it won't be for everyone, waking up in the morning is more of a challenge!

Even though the price is affordable and hotel looks nice, some amenities (such as hair dryer and luggage storage) are being charged extra and it's quite pricey. The hotel corridors are not clean (full of debris and small junk on the floor) and there was a bit of it in our room as well when we checked in.

The location and the price are great! The rooms are very modern and it covers the basics you need (bed and bathroom) if you're spending all day out exploring. The staff were very professional and helping as there was a mishap with our room not being prepared on time for us, but they made every effort to make it up to us.

Although it basically has everything you need, we personally prefer to have a window. the air circulation was well regulated, but it still feels a bit closed off. price-quality ratio is good.

Beds were very low, and just a mattress on the floor really. The floors were not vacuumed during the stay and debris built up quickly in the room. I also didn’t like that the toilet door didn’t fully seal. I stayed with a friend and we felt that the toilet was not private at all as you could hear and see everything. No TV or bench space to put anything. Room makeup service was also limited to fresh towels and toilet rolls being placed on the bed. The beds remained untouched. Just didn’t feel that paying the price we didn’t match the service provided.

Location was amazing and ease of getting everywhere was incredible.

Room is hidden in a maze of hallways. Shower drain clogged so the whole bedroom flooded with water including some clothes. Had to use towels to mop up and asked for replacement towels three times and these were not delivered. Five hours later I went to reception on my way out for dinner to ask for them again, staff seemed unbothered. Got handed the towels there and then to trek back to my room and drop them there myself. Poor customer service.

Having no windows in the room is more unpleasant than one imagines. Claustrophobia sets in, and the provided subdued lights are insufficient, e.g. I had to shine my phone's torch over my wife's face so she could apply her makeup. Also the sink was clogged, with no way to reduce the flow from the 2 setting tap (fully on or fully off). I bumped my head on the top bunk 5 times throughout the 1 night stay, and use of the iron is £10, £60 to stash a couple suitcases ("but if you come to me I'll do it for 30, just for you").

Location and price can't be beaten. Very comfortable, very large mattresses

As another reviewer has mentioned, the room was claustrophobic There is no cupboard or hanging space for a longer stay than one night The shower area soaks the whole room once you get out, Needs shelves or something to keep things on during stay. No fridge or cooler to keep bottled water cool Even after knowing what to expect, the value exceeds the negatives, and the location is perfect. Small changes would really improve the rooms.
