Everything was perfect. We didn't had anything that was not up to the mark. However, two suggestions would be like (1) To provide ladies bicycle for cycling. Few cycles were out of order. (2) Would be great if you could add more snacks for the evening tea.

The stay was fantastic. We all loved the ambience and the facilities of the resort. The staffs were polite and helpful. The view from the pool and restaurant were brilliant. The staff who were assisting us in the pool was very helpful. The activities including fishing, cycling and kids play area were all up to the mark. Overall we loved the stay and it was a memorable vacation for us at World Backwaters. We will come back for sure with our friends and family. Rooms a little bit tired and in need of an update.

What an amazing hotel. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The staff were exceptional throughout the resort. They were very friendly and flexible with our needs. We loved the pool, food in the restaurant, cooking demonstrations, biking and games room. Do not hesitate to book. It was very hard to leave.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit tired and the gym facilities could be greatly improved.

We like the quietness of the place, beautiful nature around and that there were not many people. In fact we were quite surprized how empty it was. The staff were very pleasant and the food great.

We were told that juice was included in the full board cost but sometimes we were charged for it. Gym facilitites were not great. It is a long drive from the airport. Bathrooms were a bit basic and tired.

Food was excellent, portions were large. Breakfast was buffet, lunch and dinner were ordered from a menu. Pool was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel arranged transfer from the airport which was helpful as it is quite a distance. Rooms were clean and air conditing worked great.

we stayed in stream villas- large and comfortable rooms but very oddly designed bathrooms, not exactly user friendly. in one room the a/c leaked and flooded the floor and guests suitcase. those were the only niggles

we were a group of 8 . excellent location- its right on the backwaters and the property had disability access and a special disability friendly room that we needed . very very attentive and service oriented staff. eg hotel arranged for our airport pick ups at all odd hours, we asked for and got customised menus - we wanted to try different local dishes and the chef obliged . we had a wonderful time and eventually didnt leave the property at all ! also its great value for money .

Everything was excellent!

Perfect place for the family stay - the facilities were great - swimming pool, basketball, cycling and many other options. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious with wide variety of options.

Nothing much to complain about. The wifi was slow but it was also a blessing as I wanted to disconnect.

Food was exceptional - not only the Indian cuisine but the international dishes too. Staff were very friendly and great with our young kids. Everything was very clean including the pool. Gorgeous views. Had spa treatment too which was very relaxing. Kids playground was great for our kids ages (5, 8) as it wasn't too babyish.

- Was made to wait 45 minutes to check in even though we arrived at 4pm, way later than official check in time. - lady at check in counter was abrupt when I asked if there were other food places in the surrounding area. Her immediate response was that outside food was not allowed into the premises. - we were given the room upstairs and only one door separated us from the next room. Walls were not very insulated. I could hear my neighbor’s phone alarm. - food was pricey and location was such that you are made to eat at the in house restaurant

The chlorine level in the pools (private and common) pool can be less.

It is a nice property. All staff was welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed cycling, games, and the private pool. The room was spacious and clean. The food was amazing both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide spread of items!

Wonderful experience! The property is gorgeous and tranquil. It is far from the town of Alleppey, which meant we had to travel by tuk tuk to get anywhere (like to a kayaking trip), but the position allowe for it to be peaceful, have a remote feeling, and not be full of mosquitoes! The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet, which was also very affordable. The service was also incredible. The staff was very kind and attentive. Most of all, we loved the amenities, like the pool, badminton court, and gym. We are a couple and enjoyed it very much, but saw lots of families enjoying their experiences too. Highly recommend! Thank you!
