The staff is very friendly, but terribly unorganized. 6 workers work at breakfast, and something is always missing, one worker carries 3 glasses, and another worker carries a small portion of food. Obviously, they need a good boss and a reasonable organization. The hotel is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Can provide porcelain cup instead of paper cup at coffee making tray. Also provide milk to accompany with coffee making would be desirable.

If you clean the weeds outside the building. It would make this hotel looks much more attractive.

This hotel is clean and staffs are very helpful. Even though it is little outside Venice but it is steps away from the bus stop to take to Venice. Plus it is so close to shopping mall. Very convenient !

The only drawback is the white noise from the road. But pretty well isolated. Also to note the 25min bus or train to Venice, but very much doable.

Very convenient option for visiting Venice with a young family at a very comfortable hotel (vs same price but staying in Venice in a much less comfortable one). Great breakfast, including gluten-free options.

Free outside parking is a little bit far from the doors. Underground parking is payable but no direct access to the hotel, so you need to walk outside and also not so close.

Nice room, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. We had a transit stop here for one night, and this hotel perfectly fits for such occasion

Breakfast is good but when crowded with cruise guests, crew is overwhelmed. So buffet is empty or dirty or sticky. And coffee machine empty.

The shower looked damaged and the water easily spread to the floor. On the bathtub there were some black areas. We could still enjoy the shower and the staff would clean the floor, but for a room at 200€/night we think they could fix it. The TV doesn't have Netflix or Youtube. Not a big deal, but something to consider in this day and age ;)

The room was always clean and big enough for three people, with wardrobes, a small safe, a desk and a TV. The bathroom was big, with a shower and a bathtub. During a rainy day we also enjoyed spending an hour in the hotel's spa! The reception was kind enough to provide a plug adapter during our stay.

Bus stop is very close and easy to get to Venice. There is a grocery store (Aldi), a health/hygiene store, and a mall within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

I think the outside of the building could be cleaner. The panels on the front of the building are steel or something,and all rusted, which really doesn't look good, plus they could trim the bushes in front and power wash the patio style bricks around the front of building,and get rid of the bird mess all over areas of the bricks. The outside windows are pretty dirty,they had 1 big window open,and you could see all the smear marks where someone tried to clean them somewhat,but still looks tacky. The outside bushes are over grown and wild looking.I like businesses that keep their property well groomed and want people to see how nice they look. This Sheraton hotel wouldn't pass hotel outside inspection for cleanliness or manicured. I think they could do a better job. The outside areas don't look premier like most Marriott or Sheraton hotels in the United States.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and was pretty happy with it,so that's why I chose it again. The location is in a business district area,and a small mall is down the street,with a grocery store, plus you can take the city bus almost outside the front door to Venice in about 25 mins, for 1.70 euros,each way. Great pizza place down the street,Rossoopomodoro, is fantastic,probably the best pizza I have ever had.

Lots of guests are arriving and departing via vans and buses to/from airport. this is only a good hotel if you’d like to avoid staying in Venice proper. Five minute walk to train into Venice, but there was a strike, so we struggled to get into historic Venice.

Location was distant from mestre center and there wasn't much to do around the property. The facility might need some maintenance. There toilet was leaking and the water wasn't draining well in the shower.

There was no soap in the bathroom

Very nice hotel located in Mestre. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also a very wonderful terrace outside the hotel on which you can spend your time. The location is good, very close to the train station Mestre Ospedale for Venice. Also, it is very accesible for the tourist travelling by car and offers parking directly at the location, free of charge.
