All the utilities work fine except for the washing machine, which is not ment to be used by the guests. The internet signal is weak and is not within reach in all of the rooms. The router seems to be placed outside the apartment. Missing night lamps by the beds. Bring you own shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

Proactive host. Calls to make sure he will be there to meet you on arrival and takes time to answer all questions. The apartment is spacious and can fit 8-9 persons. The location was perfect from us. About 100m off the beaten track so quieter which was more suitable with children. The restaurant were therefore local and not quite an expensive. We loved the location because even though we chose to go to Venice we don’t like crazy busy

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment is very big and can host up to seven people. Just being a group of four you can get a very reasonable price. Even though it may be quite far from the nearest ferry stations and from the main attractions the location is still good. I was there during the film festival booking just a few weeks in advance and this makes the deal even better, considering you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two other rooms. I didn't use them but you also got laundry and washing machine. The host has been very kind while welcoming us.

Its so hard to fault anything with this apartment. It was close to everything and had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. The host was amazing and so helpful and organised a water taxi for us at the end of our stay. The only thing is I would have liked an extra pillow but that's such a minor thing. Supermarket and easy 4 min walk. Laundromat is a nice stroll in the opposite direction with a beautiful church next door to visit while the washing is being done.

The beds were extremely hard, many worn out or broken kitchen utensils, and, despite being advertised, the host refused to turn on the AC, therefore, we suffered with mosquitoes and open windows.

Lots of space, four big bedrooms, along with a nice little living room. The location was excellent. The host responded quickly whenever we had questions.

The kitchen did not have any towels to clean hands while cooking. Also it would have been nice to have soaps in the bathroom as it’s difficult to travel with such basic things Also don’t think guests should be asked to take care of trash while they are visiting for few days. We don’t want to have to worry about that during holidays

The apartment is really charming and there’s lots of space for spending time together. The hot water and heaters worked properly. Kitchen is well equipped and functional. The owners were very nice and helpful

Shower - In one bathroom, the shower room was extremely tiny, in other bathroom, there was no shower curtain to avoid water spilling outside the tub.

Location was really good and almost in the middle of the City with easy access to everything. Owner was really nice lady, who guide us well on everything and was really friendly.
