Mini fridge was quite noisy had to turn it of at night. Also very loud water pipes upstairs, we could hear every time somebody take a shower.

Fantastic property, very clean, very comfortable and with a lovely small patio. Loved the air conditioner! a great great plus, still somewhat rare in Lithuania. Room design lovely and well thought of. Kitchen with all necessary appliances, coffee, tea, kettle aslo available in room. Easy check in and a very hospitable owner. I had a great stay, highly recommend and would definitely come back!

It's a newly renovated building, very clean and quiet. There is a common kitchen in the house, so you can find all equipment if you need to prepare something. Private parking, comfortable beds. The place is not that far away from the centre. Good that there was self check-in.

Basically we like everything, I can't remember anything or something that would make feel bad or sad.

Really very clean, owner was super friendly. You have everything you need like hair-dryer, towels, extra blankets, coffee or tea in the kitchen. We where the only guest at that night. So we felt like we rent the whole house. I would recommend this place for my friends in the future.

Guests only get one thin towel each and there is no way to dry them if the weather is rainy and wet. I would have also appreciated a bath floor mat towel.

The house is newly built and everything is new. There is a common kitchen with more pots, plates, cutlery, glasses and cups than one can possibly need. There also is an iron, an ironing board and several different hairdryers for the guests to use as well as complimentary sweets and coffee. The owners are trying hard to make one's stay comfortable. Very smooth contactless check-in and check-out. With good planning, all the cars can be parked in the yard. It's not a place for partying as "quiet hours" start after 10pm. The flushing noise that other guests mentioned did not bother me as it is a common issue in new houses. The walk to the sea is 1.4 km and the beach area seems to be quieter than that around central Palanga. Would definitely choose the same place again but would aim for a bigger room.

Sound of neighbors toilet flush/shower, it wakes up even at night. It feels like someone pouring bucket of water nearby. Noise like from a waterfall.

Even though everything was new and you could feel a modern vibe in the room, it already needed some renovation as white wall repainting for example. All the furniture and equipment is very cheap. The bed was really hard and so uncomfortable to sleep as well as the pillows. No sound isolation in the room, you can hear the water running in another room. No hair dryer in the room. There is the hot water kettle but, no cups or even glasses provided....

Communication was very easy as well as self-check-in. Modern atmosphere, new furniture, and convenient parking space in front of the house.

Our room was on the 3rd floor (attic roof) meaning we were not able to stand/move half of the time, that was really uncomfortable. Some plates in our room were dirty. The liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was empty. Noise isolation is poor.
