We enjoyed our stay at the condo near Legoland and appreciated the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. However, we would recommend ensuring that the beddings, bedsheets, and pillowcases are replaced for each new guest, as we noticed that the duvet had an unpleasant odor. Overall, with a bit more attention to cleanliness, this condo could be an excellent choice for families visiting Legoland.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo-style hotel near Legoland. Although breakfast isn't included, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals, which we found very convenient. The room included everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine—perfect for drying our wet swimsuits and clothes after a fun day at Legoland. The thoughtful inclusions by the homeowner made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

There is no toothbrush but we understood that its only homestay.

The ID House is so superb for family with small kids like us and as a bonus, the house is full with toys. My kids wish we stay there longer. 😃They are very Happy with the house and the homestay location is only opposite of Medini Mall. Superb location!

Admin and check-in instructions should be provided in advance, instead of last minute! As we would be travelling on the road at 9am, we asked for the info to be sent before 9am but staff rejected the request. There was no free wifi at immigration checkpoints to install SIM card. The staff's delay thus caused a lot of inconvenience and loss of time.

Convenient location abt 10min walk to Legoland (1km). Apartment can accomodate 6pax, comes with Lego theme. Facing a beautiful scenery of river and trees. Cozy balcony with tea table and chairs, plus a laundry rack. Well-furnished apartment with kitchen appliances and crockery, fridge and water filter. TV comes with CNA, MediaCorp channels and others, Netflix, Nintendo etc. Ceiling fans and aircons are working well too.

The hotel backed on to an old abandoned building, so the area itself was a bit run down and not the nicest to walk around. A minor issue.

I loved the themed rooms, and my kids loved the toys available to play with. It was really close to legoland. The hosts were quick to respond which made the trip extra amazing.

Only received checked in instruction afternoon on the day itself. Checked in process must read thru to smoothly self checked in, the place looks abandoned buliding, struggle to find it especially in the late evening when so dark.

Apartment itself good stay, toys and Lego theme make my kids enjoyed the most.

1. The self check-in process was a lil confusing. 2. Some tea/coffee sachets would have been great after a long tiring day at Legoland. 3. As a lot of ppl who stay here come for 1-day trip to Legoland, The check-in timings should be flexible enough to accommodate early-check ins (or atleast luggage drop off facility) so that guests do not have to waste their precious time waiting for check-in.

Its located right across the street from Legoland, so we did not have to waste much time commuting to Legoland. Although, the property clearly mentioned that early check-in or luggage storage facility was not possible, but, still when we reached there some 4 hrs before the check-in time, their staff helped us store our luggage in their storage (albeit after some to and fro communication with the host). All the staff were really helpful and in spite of their language barrier (they did not understand any language other than Malay while we didnt understand a word in Malay) they still tried to make us comfortable by using Google Translate to communicate with us. :)

The ants bother us. We couldn't eat our bread that we placed on top of the dining table as it was swamp with ants. Even the dustbin were swamp with ants. But this is small issue.

We choose the location because it is near Legoland. It is indeed short walk to Legoland ( Abt 5min.) Across the road is a Medini mall with burger king's, KFC, convenient mart, big supermarket to get whatever you want and a few restaurants. Easy checked in. The host provided check in/check out guides via WA messages. Easy instructions to follow. The balcony overlooking the river. Peaceful & serene.

Was quite disappointed i didn't get a themed room with toys catered for young kids, as that was how it's advertised. The water flow of the kitchen tap was very slow. The kitchen countertops could be cleaner, I saw ants and dirt so I avoided using it.

Location is RIGHT OPPOSITE Medini Mall, and a 5 mins WALK to Legoland and so it's highly recommended. Convenient that there's a supermarket and a few eateries at Medini Mall. The mall has a few children's playground and a mini arcade, so kids can be entertained there. Rooms are clean and neat, decor is simple and relaxing. Would've appreciated that the washer also has a dryer function too.

The aircon in the room wasnt working too well as it is not as cold as it was set up and the fan were a bit too loud when it is sped, but it was bearable for a short trip stay.

I really love how cozy and homey the property feels like. There were utensils to cook, microwave to heat up food and comfortable bed and cushion for us to rest. We were also able to connect our netflix acc and watch shows of our choice. I also love that we are located in an area where it’s quiet with less noise than in the city. Malls and stores were either a walking distance or 10 minutes drive. I am very satisfied.

-Can feel the bed spring and we had back pain after that. -Lift at lobby T1 A2 wasn't working well with only 1 elevator worked, hope management service the lift frequently as there's no ventilation in lift. -There are no kids pool to cater for young kids 130cm n below. -Not much food and shops at Medini Mall.

Staff were accommodating and promptly answers our questions. Room is clean and neat. 5 mins walk to Legoland. Apartment is guarded 24hrs.
